Great service for a small business!
We have used Message Direct for a few years now. Zoe, Nichola and their staff are extremely helpful & efficient. It’s very easy to set up the call divert, and we get emails from Message Direct as each call comes in.
It’s an excellent service for a small business, and it’s very reasonably priced.

Very good service!
I would have given 5 stars but there was an occasion when the operator struggled to answer the call in the correct manner. Forgivable on that occasion but really need to sound confident and pronounce the name of our company clearly.
