Nichola connected with me after I enquired about services, and offered me a tailored solution that was comprehensive and covered all my needs, didn't try to upsell me, and gave me a solution that we can amend as we use the service. She was fantastic during the onboarding process, and was always a very quick reply away when I had a query. A credit to JAM, and will be keeping in touch as we utilise the service more. Jam is inexpensive but provides great service when I need something.

Any requests I have made, ie adding new numbers etc have all been carried within a short timescale and I always get an acknowledge email to confirm.

Our patients feel heard, and the emails we receive from our AI Receptionist are detailed and include all the relevant information we need to offer suitable appointments or respond to their questions. This is an exceptional service for a small business like my own. I used the service for quite some time, but they started charging me high amounts for calls so I stopped. I'd built up a positive balance on their PAYG service and I asked for this to be refunded 3 months ago. That still hasn't happened

As a system it does work - however, there are things which I found frustrating. Most calls eating far more minutes than I ever realised (phonetically taking all information takes a while!......) and it isn't possible to screen out spam/cold callers effectively, so you'll throw a good portion of minutes at this too.
