Hi Tracey,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your gaming experience. Please note that game outcomes are determined by the Random Number Generator (RNG), meaning each spin is random and independent.
The results cannot be manually adjusted or influenced by us, and there is no guaranteed outcome or win on any individual spin. We understand that the results may not always be what you expect, but this is part of the nature of casino games.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Hi Craig,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and that you were unhappy with the results of your games and your experience with our Customer Support team.
Please note that our casino games use independently tested Random Number Generators (RNGs), meaning each outcome is generated randomly and independently. As a result, wins and losses can vary from session to session, and the outcome of any individual game is ultimately a matter of chance and luck.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding our Customer Support service and will take your comments on board.

So-so
It’s not the worst, but it seems like they manipulate the slots. Not saying you dont get bonuses, but in comparison to other sites they are very poor and have alot of dead spins/low payouts. Majority of the time nothing more than £100 return on a £4.50 bet. On other sites 8/10 you will get over £400. Not great but I would argue other than on the bonuses, it’s fair.
Having played longer, drilling to one star. 140 dead spins is impossible. Do not play Gonzos Quest II on this site.. the bonus is shocking and one you hit it, be prepared for continuous dead spins. Awful. I dont recommend.

Hi Dan,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve found the slot results disappointing.
Our games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, meaning each spin is independent and its outcome is determined by chance. Previous results do not influence future spins, and there is no guaranteed frequency or size of wins from a particular bet amount.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the frequency and size of the wins you’ve experienced, and we’re glad to hear that you’ve had a more positive experience with some of the bonuses.

Hi Jane,
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had such a disappointing experience and that you haven’t had any wins that have made your time with us enjoyable.
We understand why this may lead you to feel that the RTP is poor. RTP is a theoretical return calculated over a very large number of game rounds, so it doesn’t mean that an individual player will receive that percentage back during their own sessions. Results can vary considerably, and unfortunately there is no guarantee of winning on any particular game or session.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re sorry that your experience has left you feeling this way.
