Hallo daar,

Hey Paul,
We're sorry to hear that you've been disappointed with your gaming results. We understand how frustrating it can feel when you increase your bets but don't achieve the winnings you were hoping for.
Please note that our games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, meaning each spin's outcome is random and independent of your bet size or previous results. Winning is never guaranteed, and results can vary significantly between sessions. Unfortunately, there will be times when luck simply isn't on your side.
We appreciate you sharing your feedback and hope you understand that individual results can differ considerably over time.

Risposta di Mega Casino UK
Hi Louise,
We're sorry to hear that you're frustrated with how bonus funds work, and we understand that the terms can sometimes be confusing.
Bonuses are designed to give you an additional opportunity to play. Bonus funds become available for gameplay once your real-money balance has been exhausted. However, any winnings accumulated from bonus play are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they can be transferred to your real-money balance and become available for withdrawal.
Once the wagering requirements have been completed, any remaining eligible bonus winnings will be transferred according to the promotion's terms. We recommend reviewing our Bonus Terms and Conditions for a clearer understanding of the requirements that apply to your offer.
We hope this helps clarify how our bonus system works, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback.

Hey John,
We're sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating, and we appreciate you sharing your concerns with us.
When participating in a bonus offer, it's important to understand how bonus balances and winnings are handled. In your case, our records indicate that your real-money balance had been used before you continued playing with your bonus balance. As a result, any subsequent winnings were associated with the bonus balance and were subject to the applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements.
We encourage you to review our Bonus Policy, where these conditions are explained in more detail. If you have any questions or would like further clarification, our Support Team will be happy to assist you.

Hi Sayed,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand that not being able to achieve the wins you were hoping for can be disappointing. Unfortunately, losses are part of casino gameplay, and game outcomes are determined by chance through the RNG, meaning each result is generated independently.
We appreciate your honest feedback and hope you have a more enjoyable experience in the future.

Hi Gareth,
We understand your frustration. However, an expired ID can no longer be accepted as a valid identification document, even if the details on it are otherwise correct.
To complete the verification, you’ll need to provide a valid, non-expired Passport or Driving Licence. This is a standard verification requirement and is necessary to keep your account secure and compliant.
