Worst dating site. 1 star is even too much. Scammers from the USA

One star is too much for Match.com. Terrible site, many fame accounts and attempts to get you to spend more money on super likes etc. Don’t waste you time or money.

Nothing more then Ghosters, and Crazy woman ,yes crazy site is not worth a penny a month the woman come and go steady ,BECAUSE THEY DON'T PAY !!!!

Super not worth it. Match used to be good. but no longer. They lie as well tell you people are viewing profile when these are old views. The send out emails with people available but most of them when you click on the link do not exist, ie profile doesn't

Match is a terrible rip off, I recently bought a one year Plantinum membership that is supposed to give me everything.
I cannot even send a message to a woman and Match has no phone number and they could care less on the e-mail.
I was ripped off and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it.
They hade behind the internet and e-mail. Not even one bit interested in helping me out.

Extremely frustrated, Paid over $200 for the year and I cannot even send a message.

Pathetic site and pathetic support, possibly the we worst of all time.

very disappointed. many woman have catfished me and tried to scam me, but I did not send anyone any money. a woman today tried to get me to give her a "donation" so she would spend the night with me, like a prostitute. very hard to make real connections with real people on match.com

To delete, told it has to be done from a pc and still won't delete my account.

I met Bruno Poirier on plenty of fish. His Birthday is March 26, 1978. He is unmedicated schizophrenic and very dangerous. He was charged with multiple assaults on me. He spat at me, pulled a knife on me, pushed me down the stairs and threw me out of his car on the highway. He has untreated schizophrenia hallucinations, delusions and paranoia. He is very dangerous. Ladies be aware do not meet this guy.

In Match.com, I signed up for a Match Diamond level for three months. Have been on the site now for a month and no one has hit "Like" in all the profiles I have reached out to. I only recieve "Looks"
Going forward, I truly think that this site has seen it's best days wasted . . . Don't spend your time or money here So . . . "TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED"

I did a regular profile nonthing at all contrversial. Paid for it and they banned it and now I can’t get a refund. They won’t tell me why. This place is a scam just wanting to take your money.

I joined match.com with a basic level. It was free. I navigated the site, viewed some other customers with interest. I liked about 25 or 30 people there. I was viewed by over 100 people. Over 20 of them liked me. In 5 days the result was 2 matches. One questioned me if I was a serial killer. So I asked them right back, proved my own integrity and plocked them. The other match and I became friends and shared openly that we liked each other. The next day, without notice, while I was checking my profile and likes, Match.com abruptly bounced me out of the site and when I tried to log back in posted a notice that I was banned from the site. I tried to follow the directions provided to log back in to no success. I contacted customer care for help and it's been 12 hours without a reply

Please don’t anybody waste their money on match.com. I have had 90% of the people on their be scammers and deleted it before I even matched with them. Most of the men don’t pay so the women are the ones who have to pay for the subscription and initiate the conversation. In just a couple months, it was a total waste of my money.

Had signed up for one months standard subscription
£29.99, only after just 13 days, I could take no more of this app and the annoying captcha puzzle for login. Had plenty of views, 5 'likes you', 5 'matches', sent out over 20 well-crafted polite messages, and received just '1' message in return. I am aware that not everyone will reply, only these people are non subscribers, they are not there to reach, unless you pay yet another subscription on top, even then only a 80% chance of reaching them. I believe when their subscription ends their profiles should be removed from site by Match.
I do not recommend this Company, theres better dating sites out there.

Terrible costumer service, I gave them all my info and they still can’t verify me. Waste of time.

complete rubbish site, profiles unreal and some disappear even when you are in contact, plus they always try to get more money from you when you have subscribed, what for? to boost my profile, im a member thats all it should be! Unfortunately signed up for six months! No way again.

Match has really disappointed me, I reported a member who was harassing me and they didn’t remove him from the system. He was very violent and I reported that. I reported in customer service this:
“A member from match is harassing me, we went on a first date, everything was going ok. In a restaurant, then we started walking and he got my phone number and forced me to delete my match account, I did but it didn’t show that was deleted. Then he got very angry at me, force me to pay him some money from what he paid in our date in the restaurant. I gave him $50 cash, I got home and from then, he’s been bombarding me with so many text very offensives saying that he’s going to create a fake Facebook account saying that bad things about me, and that I have so many disease. I didn’t respond so he was calling me leaving the same insulting messages. I blocked him, then he started calling me from a non-caller ID. Leaving me insulting messages. So I reported all of this and guess what customer service told me? They told me that it will be escalated, and what they sent me was a safety protocol list. Something that I already know. Then I responded, saying that if they don’t do anything about it, like removing from match since he’s a dangerous for the rest of the female there, I will write a bad review so others members will be aware of of how match handles a harassment report, they sent me again the same thing, is going to escalate and if I need something else let them know. They are horrible, with no ethics or take things serious. I don’t recommend this site at all

bad web site. too good to be truth u cant find a match at all. there isnot any matches avail and very few people there. they just push you to subscribe and you cannot find any matches there. waste of money !!

Extremely difficult to navigate this site despite me asking for instructions off their customer services. I get daily notifications of named people looking at my profile and even after clicking on the link provided they don't exist or if they do, they haven't looked at my profile. I also cancelled my membership as soon as I joined nad realised how pathetic it was as a dating site, they withdrew money from my bank account. I fully expect to be ignored in my efforts to get a refund. It's par for the course with Match.com. Useless and a rip off !!

I have had 5 scammers - this site is terrible! I have tried to contact the company about the fakers, but I have received no response. Not one. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
