Appalling company owned by MEETIC. Totally inflexible. All they want to do is take money off you.

My experience of Match.com is both good and bad.
Good....
The site it's self is pretty straight forward, not the best or easiest to use but manageable.
Bad...
At my age of 71, I've been off and on Match for many of years, the problem being that hardly any women of my age range reply to messages, they are totally void of any respect for the men that message them.
Therefore, to me, any dating site or whatever, whether it be social or business, is only as good as there members !
My experience is a total waste of time and money, purely because of the lack of response of women !!

Match.com is essentially a scam website. I had been banned in the past with no reasonable explanation for any “violation”. I tried to rejoin a couple of days ago and use the “free” section to browse. My password suddenly stopped working, and I attempted to contact customer service on multiple occasions and was simply ignored. Their level of customer service is one of the lowest anywhere. After reading other reviews of negative experiences by so many people, it’s clear that match.com is essentially a money making/Ponzi scam - fake profiles, auto renewing after customers have canceled their memberships, bots, etc. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB.

Purchased a one month subscription to try this site it was recommended. They took another month 39.99 the following month There e mail failed when I tried twice for a refund ... not good wont be back

If you are at all a financially secure, good-looking woman, you are wasting your time. These men are losers. Short fat bald broke, and think they have pick of the litter. Cheap low energy low class men, offering first dates I would never accept. Don’t waste your time! absolutely disgusting men. And by the way, the filters don’t work. you can say from here to China what you want and they’re gonna give you everything they got. the men don’t even read the profiles. If they like your pictur they’re gonna contact you. And woo hooo, invite you to some cheap shit place to meet. No thanks and fu match!!!!! Whatever you do, don’t give them a dime you’re wasting your time unless you’re a desperate woman looking for a bottom feeder and that’s the truth. It’s like the most vile disgusting group of men are drawn to this site by invitation.

1. You need glasses to read the text.
2. Where is the message Inbox?
3. 'Touch' is too sensitive when reviewing contenders,
poof they're gone never to retrieve.
4. I'd like to see a profile page of myself as others see.
5. Too frustrating to manuever.
6. Not worth the fee. Needs a new do-over.

Match.com doesn't ever offer the option of facial verification. Without this, you have no idea who you are attempting to match with. Could be screen shots lifted off of an Instagram influencers profile.

Total waste of time & Money

Horrible site! Photos seem to be not working correctly now, lots of fake profiles, receive no likes for several days, then a flood of them, filters are useless as they send you all sorts of people that do not match your filter. Complete waste of money! Used to be good. Should be sued and shut down, quite honestly.

I opened an account with Match.com and 5 minutes later they banned y profile. I wrote to find out the reason but they will not respond.

One of the worst dating apps out there.
Lots of fake & dishonest profiles, that only waste everyone's time.
They keep emailing that fake profiles were deleted or restricted, which is a complete waste of money & time. A local bar might provide better dating opportunities.
Don't recommend Match.com at all.

I signed up for match.com and most profiles were scammers though I did meet someone and will see where it goes. However, months ago I turned off auto-renew only to find out they renewed my account for another year and charging me $120 (two payments of $60). I can't even delete my account until the payments are made. I've contacted their support and waiting to hear back but this is ridiculous that I might be paying for a service I will not be using.

If you don't buy a full subscription Match.com limits your Discovery to 2 in state users and the rest are out of state users. Why bother to pay any money??

It should be an option to give zero stars. What a horrible site this has become. Full of fake accounts/scammers. I was locked out of my account for “fraudulent activity.” If I like someone, I message and ask them questions. If I get a “like” from someone in whom I have no interest, I thank them and add “…but we are not a match.” Neither of these is fraudulent. You can’t reach a human being. To review it, they say they need the email address I was using. I have it to them, including a screenshot showing my email address on the date I was banned. They say “no account exists with that email address. In your appeal, include your email address.” I did. Multiple times.

Also: you can’t reach no longer see who has viewed your profile without the highest-proved subscription.

ANY other website is better. Bumble. Hinge. Facebook dating

They've become a complete scam! I renewed and not a single thing you can actually do unless you give them another 200 + dollars. Not see who likes you or even viewed you, or respond to a message. Literally stealing money. Complaints all over the internet/ social media. They. paid out 14 m toFTC for deceptive ads last yr. Lots of people filing disputes with banks- keep trying. They shut down their customer support completely as they scam. this is not the old match. it's now a criminal enterprise.

I have been a subscriber on and off for the last three years and a week ago my account was banned with no explanation. I have tried responding to the generated email and completing the appeal form but I get no response. Fortunately, the same day they refunded my money which is a plus but it is very frustrating especially because I had a good connection with someone and this happened before we could exchange numbers. I don’t know how they think that my account is fake or I’m a scammer when I’ve been an honest member for years. I will never use any site that is associated with the match group. What horrible customer service or shall I say lack of. There is no way to contact anyone outside of the AI generated email. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Cancel my subscription as you are scammers and tell me how to do it before i contact police, for fake accounts and spiking.

They want more money every 5 minutes. They send an email tgat you have a messsge from someone that 'liked' you. Then they want money to ket you read the message. 90% a scam.

Horrible. I paid for premium and I felt like I was asked to pay for services constantly to even just "like" a profile. I had a 3 month plan. Didn't like it after a few uses. Couldn't cancel for anything. I do not suggest. Sad thing is I automatically went to match. I had met someone in the past and it was a good experience. I should have investigated them instead of assuming they would still be a good choice for a matching service. Live and learn.

1 week since opened account, spent countless hours, thousand of incompatible profiles, location way out of prefered range, ask money for everything. Cant even see who liked u. No messages. Horrible.
