False delivery claims on website.

Ordered an air conditioner yesterday morning which was £579. All over the website they claim “Free Next Day Delivery” . I have woken up this morning to see there has been no progress with my order and it hasn’t even been shipped to DPD yet so most definitely won’t be here today. No communication from the company whatsoever so far.

Excellent post-sales customer service.

Had to get my device repaired - a small issue with sensors- and had it serviced at the same time. Meaco was second to none when it came to the communication around the repair event, dropping off a box for transport, organising transport, fixing the unit in no time and sending it back. It was even additionally cleaned beyond the normal service. Amazing customer service, very pleased!

This is quite the most efficient service we have received from a U.K. based company in many years and that is no exaggeration. 7 days from complaint to delivery of repaired goods is simply outstanding. Meaco should be VERY proud of its staff and service levels.

Kundendienst

Nach meiner Anfrage, ich möchte vier Filter für drei versch. Entfeuchter bestellen, schickt man mir einen Bestellauftrag und schickt ohne meine Zusage drei Filter für einen Entfeuchter. Sofortige Stornierung wird einfach übersehen. Für drei Filter will man 174.-. So ein Kundendienst ist eine Katastrophe. Statt sich um Kunden zu kümmern haut man einfach ab ins Wocheende.
Entschuldigung hat keine Bedeutung mehr!!!

Great Service, repair and communications

My older product developed a fault while still in Warranty. Meaco customer services were excellent, talking me through the process. I then had to send this to them for repair with the prepaid delivery they covered. Meaco even sent me a padded box to use, and to send this back in.
I was kept informed of the progress and repair, and the unit was shipped back to me quickly.
Fantastic service, great communication. Highly recommended.

Dehumidifier stopped working

Dehumidifier stopped working, contacted Meaco and was told they would arrange for dehumidifier to be picked up and looked at. Once received they did a marvellous job and replaced faulty part and returned same day. Dehumidifier now up and running again just like new. Excellent service, excellent product made a great difference in our house no more condensation

Excellent service

After two years and one month, we had an issue with our 12l Meaco dehumidifier Arete. We had registered the unit with Meaco when we bought it, which was really useful when we had our issue. The unit had started to get very warm and made a loud clanking sound. I rang Meaco's customer service team and went straight through to a 'human' to talk through the problem. She took my name and address and immediately found our purchase details. It was guaranteed for five years and the repair would be covered. She arranged for a big box to be delivered so we could send it for repairs (it arrived the very next day). We took it to a local drop off point. We were kept in contact all the time and sent a report from the engineer after five days. They had replaced two items and were sending it back to us. From start to finish was only one week. It works perfectly again. What fantastic service. We are very grateful. Whilst we paid a premium for the dehumidifier, it has been well worth the extra money.

Top customer service

My Arête one dehumidifier started to play up after about 18 months so I asked to send it back under warranty. They sent a box and pre paid label for me straight away. DPD collected it and Meaco had received and repaired and sent back the repaired dehumidifier within a week. Top service.

Quick repair within warranty

Our Meaco Arete One stopped working after 2.5 years of constant use, still within the 5 year warranty. Meaco's customer service and the speed at which the unit was collected, repaired and returned was amazing. All resolved in under a week. What a breath of fresh air!

The carrier lost my dehumidifier order en route.
I spoke to a Meaco rep on the phone and a replacement
was delivered to me by lunch time the next day.
Considering I live in NI this was very impressive!

Best dehumidifiers from the best people

Living in an old house we have become reliant on quality equipment to make the home comfortable.
Our number one ‘ go to ‘ brand for comfort and economy is Meaco.
Our house has never been condensation free !

But it is not just the product the impresses us, the support, should you ever need it is first class.

Recently, we had an issue with one of our units. With the serial number to hand, I contacted Meaco and spoke to a wonderful lady by the name of Talay. Her product knowledge was first class and when I questioned if the product was still under warranty and Talay determining from said Serial number that the unit was 6 year over the 5 year warranty ( 11 years of unbroken service ) Talay still suggested some thing for me to try before replacing the unit.

Eventually, two weeks later, I decided to replace my worn out unit with another.

A phone call paired me with another knowledgable lady named Beverley who was equally as professional, helpful, efficient and cold not have done anything further to support my choice of replacement unit.

So Meaco….you have once again confirmed that my choice to remain loyal to you as your support has to me.

Bought three dehumidifiers from Meaco…

Bought three dehumidifiers from Meaco about three years ago directly from them. They have worked excellently till recently on had it's display fail. I contacted Harry at the company and had excellent service. Within a few days the dehumidifier had gone for repair and back again fully fixed. It was the best experience ever getting an item repaired even three years old. Well done Meaco

Fast, efficient warranty repair

Very fast and efficient turn around under warranty for a Meaco dehumidifier which stopped working after a couple of years. We have half a dozen Meaco dehumidifiers and all have been working without fault until this breakdown. Good machines and good service.

Excellent service all round

My dehumidifier stopped working and Meaco replaced the faulty part without any problems at all - very fast turn around also. I’ve since ordered replacement hepa filters and stupidly ordered the wrong ones and without question they’ve sent a returns label for me. Cannot fault the customer service and care I’ve had from Meaco

Top Product - Excellent Price

Wanted to let you all know that we purchased a Meaco 650 Air Circulator fan over the weekend and quite simply it is the best fan we have had in all our time.

We have always been partial to a fan in the bedroom, however have for ever been troubled by either vibration sounds, too noisy or just plain incapable of chucking out the desired volume of air unless at maximum control speed which in most case made it sound like a 747 Airplane :)

Everything is fantastic in respect of all those previous issues and in our opinion worth every penny of the cost.

Aaaaaamaaaazing

I really can't commend this company enough, from the product itself, which is excellent, to the outstanding customer service.....absolutely aaaaaamaaaazing!
We recommended the dehumidifier to 5 of our friends who are all equally impressed with it.
Ours developed a fault after 18 months but was quickly repaired and returned with such speed.
The customer service team were very professional and helpful.
The workshop team, especially Austin repaired our little Arete and had her back with us in no time. Excellent

Outstanding support from Meaco

Outstanding support from Meaco - had an issue with a machine that was within the 5 year warranty - about 4 years old so I wondered if the 5 year warranty was going to be honoured - and yes it was! Huge respect for this company. When the courier lost the return item meaco sent me a new one - best support ever - and they didn’t even ask for a review. Needless to say I will be buying from them again.
