Very impressed with Meaco
Very impressed with Meaco. We had a problem with the On/Off switch on our Arete One dehumidifier and the response was first class. We phoned them on the 16th March and there was no quibbling about it, they supplied a return label and we posted it the next day. We were kept informed of the progress with the repair and received it back today (26th March). Not only are we very pleased with the quality and performance of the dehumidifier but the service from Meaco has been excellent. Thank you

Fixed easily under warranty
After problems with fixing an older Meaco model I bought a new dehumidifier with 5 years warranty for piece of mind. It’s around 2 years in and the display stopped working and ultimately the whole unit stopped working. It was quick and easy this time round to arrange for it to be fixed under warranty and it was quickly returned along with a report on email.

Very impressed with warranty claim
We'd had a Dehumidifier unit for a few years without any issues but one morning it wouldn't turn on. After one call to Meaco to make a claim on the warranty, the unit was collected, repaired and delivered back to us. We received a service report and updates on the delivery. We're really very impressed. Thank you.

Good product and very good customer service.
The product itself is very effective.
We have a meacodry arete one 20l.
Unfortunately our child had put some small items into its exit fan. Which made it malfunction. But since it was under the warranty. The meaco customer services were very prompt to reply to the request to get it fixed.
After collecting the proof of purchase and serial number of product. They were prompt to arrange for a pick up. Amd got it fixed and delivered back home within 10 days.

2 year old Maeco… outstanding service
Had a issue with my 2 year old Maeco Aerate 20l, had no box, contacted Maeco went through some diagnostics, advised to return for repair and an optional £25 service, within 4 days all repaired and returned, an email prior detailing issues and parts fixed.
So far sounds quieter than before and will need more time to see if humidity issue resolved but going by the detailed repair email the key parts were replaced.
Very impressed, how customer service should be, actually it is way better, even kindly sent me a proper box for the collection and return and I disposed of mine long ago.

Repair of dehumidifier
Our dehumidifier (led display) stopped functioning, which meant that the whole unit wouldn't operate. Fortunately our unit was under warranty, so it was just a matter of contacting customer service (who were great), and following the procedure for sending the unit back. They even sent us an appropriately sized box in which to pack and return the item. Communication throughout the returns and repair process was on point....and we got out unit repaired and returned in next to no time. We now have a serviced and fully functioning dehumidifier. Many thanks for your amazing service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Start to Finish
I recently had an issue with my Meaco DD8L dehumidifier, which developed a fault where it would stop after a few minutes of running. After contacting Meaco support, I was given clear and straightforward instructions on how to return the unit for inspection.
The whole process was very smooth. Communication was good throughout, and I was kept informed of what was happening. The unit was returned promptly after inspection, along with a detailed service report outlining the work carried out.
I was particularly impressed that they didn’t just do a basic repair — several key components were replaced, including the main PCB, sensors, fan, and desiccant wheel. It’s now working perfectly again.
Overall, I can’t fault the service. Professional, efficient, and thorough from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Meac

I just wanted to share my experience with Meaco.
I had a machine from them that unfortunately failed after about two years, but I have to say — their response was absolutely outstanding.
They sent me a box, arranged everything, and handled the return for repair smoothly from start to finish. The whole process was really straightforward.
The staff were also incredibly helpful on the phone, which really builds my trust in Meaco products.
There aren’t not many companies out there that offer this level of care and customer service anymore — genuinely impressive.

Customer Service
Our Meaco dehumidifier broke down just after the two year warranty period had expired. On contacting Meaco, they arranged, uplift, repair and return of the dehumidifier at no cost to myself. Found their staff to be friendly, and considerate, with no fuss,to dealing with the issue.Nice to know they take customer issues seriously and are prepared to back this up with positive action.

Amazing product. It reduced the humidity in my flat and also speed up the drying of my clothes. After 2 years the product stopped working I contacted the company and the product have a 5 years warranty. They ve dealt with the repair in less than week. I am very impressed

The instructions for packing my dehumidifier were clear and a return label was sent out as a pdf. The carriers were great and I was informed when the item was received by Meaco. The repair was done speedily and I was sent a service report.
The return of the item also went smoothly and it arrived within the times given.
It was throughout a 5 star experience.

This company is absolutely fantastic
This company is absolutely fantastic. Meaco arête one had issues after 2 and a half years. They sent a box to pack it up, they paid for DPD returns, they fixed it and serviced it. No quibbles, no drama.
This is how companies should operate, competitors take note.

Warranty that is honoured without quibble
I have had a meaco arete one 25l for just over 2 years - its brilliant however it recently developed a fault where the display stopped working and stopped working. PCB fault.
I contacted meaco via their site, and i was contacted within 48 hour and advised i would receive a box via DPD as i threw my original out and a few days later they would be back to pick it up.
It was sent off and within 3 days its back from repair and it seems to be working perfectly. We have a lot of electronics and its shocking how often we have breakdowns and its rare to have product support without jumping through hoops so while i have had a fault (and googling it it seems common) they have sorted the issue with minimal effort from me other than printing off a message and boxing the item. I will always prefer to spend extra with a company knowing that they back their product and in this case i felt compelled to give a 5 star review, the product is good , the support is good cant ask for anymore.

Have a MeacoDry Arete® One 10L…
Have a MeacoDry Arete® One 10L Dehumidifier / Air Purifier that I bought in 2023 and it has been drying clothes are cleaning the air better than all the cheaper rubbish models I tried.
After much use It finally had an issue starting recently. I contacted Meaco and got mine sent back and fixed in about a week so I am impressed with not only the product itself but the customer support you get with warranty too. Good job guys!
