Recently my partner and I decided to make a will. This was handled from start to finish very professionally. Very friendly helpful staff

Still plodding along for the last 3 moths trying to deal with the sale and purchase of a property held within a trust. The lack of any updates is beyond belief and when you try and ring the phones always without exception go to voice mail.

I used the services of McClure Solicitors in connection with my Will and Power of Attorney and found them to be very helpful. A special thanks to Wilma Ward for her thoughtfulness and patience in making the whole process easy to understand. The fee goes to the charity of your choice which I am very happy about. I would highly recommend them.

I seek to complete a will then made a donation to my choosen charity. Shaun Hamlod delt with my case. He was very helpful but I was promised a draft of my will in the post that was the middle of April 2019 it is now July 11 and am still waiting, am not very impressed that it took so long and I should have given an idear of the time period.

I didn't have a choice but to use this solicitor as it was part of a Golden Charter plan and as I am based near Portsmouth and they are in Scotland I was worried about the service I would get. I needn't have worried as their service has been excellent. Hayden Bain dealt with the case and always kept us updated and informed. All emails were responded to quickly and phone calls returned without delay. I would certainly use them again and recommend them.

My experience with them was really good and easy to do my dads will and power of attorney as he has terminal cancer felt at easy knowing everything was sorted really easy

The price was attractive but because of this you doubt the service. I was so wrong with this doubt. From the reception staff, very pleasant and helpful right through to every one involved in our POA and Will were excellent. Wilma Ward was assigned to our case. Faultless. Hone visit, wasnt rushed. She was very professional but more so she actually cared. It didn't seem to be just a business appointment she took time to explain and suggest the best way forward. Everything ran smoothly and all paperwork completed quickly. I have passed her number to the bank, building society and the financial advisor. Excellent service and staff at McClures in Glasgow Wellington St.

Oh how interesting that NOW, only when I post an online review, so McClure show interest in my complaint! Too late!
Just appalling! I felt pressured to agree to things I didn't feel were right for me. Solicitor said things which I knew weren't true but was so blatant about it that I didn't argue - checked after he'd gone and I was right. Had I agreed to the suggestions made to make their job easier, my paperwork wouldn't have had the legal standing it needed.
They ignore emails and queries, and show a huge disregard for customer service, despite all the promises on their website!

Appalling service! Never dealt with solicitors so unprofessional. Been waiting for a cheque from a trust fund since end of November. It is now June.! Can’t get anything but voice mails. They don’t do any business by email. They tell me cheque was posted a month ago however will now pay in my bank account without checking if I’ve received cheque....so basically that is complete lies they would want to confirm with bank first had a cheque been drawn. They don’t phone you back. You can never speak to a senior member of staff. They don’t even send you complaints procedure when promised.
Would never use or recommend this bunch of cowboys

As executor an beneficiary to the previous review reply to Gayle Alderson my daughter I can confirm that there has been no communication between Mc Clures and myself about the monies transferred to them by my sales solicitor this is a blatant lie it has got to the point that I am about to contact the slcc about their conduct or lack of it

Well sad to say 2 and a half weeks since my grandmother's house sale and my parents have not heard a word about what is happening, they have paid council tax, gas electric and out of pocket, meanwhile mcclures are gaining interest on the money!!

I would recommend your company to everyone as service was absolutely first clas
