Really pleased with the excellent Will writing service from McClure's. Everything was so straightforward and free from stress. The home visit by the solicitor dealing with the writing was most welcome. They also set up a trust for me which was dealt with very efficiently, explaining what was involved at every stage. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

A seamless and efficient will writing service. Would have no qualms recommending.

They produced Power of Attorney, Family Trust and checked existing wills.
Explained all aspects in easy to understand language and interpreted our requirements and finalised documents promptly.
Gave us peace of mind and would recommend to family and friends.

Quick to take their initial fees and to put the house in trust, initial errors in will writing. Impossible to pursue their offer of putting cash in trust despite me emphasising haste; ten months later I am still waiting for replies to basic questions concerning the cash trust. A fortnight ago I was promised the answers by return email. It's not arrived yet. A further email enquiry on Monday of this week remains unanswered. Hardly brilliant service. If you are looking for similar with this firm, forget it and go to a local solicitor..

The idea of making a Will can be daunting but I can have nothing but praise for McClure Solicitors as they made the whole process seem easy. We were thinking it would be easier to understand, asking questions etc, doing everything in a face to face appointment but we pleasantly surprised as it was all able to be done via a phone call. This was more convenient as my husband didnt have to be taking more than necessary time of work for it to be done. Any questions were explained/answered in simple easy ways to understand, not Solicitor jargon. The whole process was quick and straightforward. We were kept informed every step of the way.
We found out about McClure's due to McMillan Cancer Charity Free Wills. It's a great service to use, the only requirement was to leave a donation to Charity - any Charity of your choice, didn't have to be McMillan.
Would happily, and have done so already, recommend to anybody to use.

Power of Attorney and update of Will was explained in terms I could understand and all prices detailed and given plenty time to consider. A very pleasant experience.

Beneficiary’s rights are being ignored and W W & J McClure refuses to provide documentation.
Beneficiary has a right to ask for an administration of the estate account’
Beneficiary has the right to ask the executor to explain their actions when a dispute arises in an estate.
WWJ McClure would not break the law and refuse to provide these documents to a beneficiary if asked?
I have been thinking of using WWJ McClure to write my Will, but due to the huge amount of 1 star reviews against the executor department I am very hesitant to give them any work.
Can WWJ McClure assure me and the public that you would never deny these documents to a beneficiary if they requested them? Please do not say to contact you privately.
I am assisting a client who has been ignored and emails have went unanswered for months. So give me and other piece of mind and tell us that if requested WWJ McClure would never deny a beneficiary their legal rights to these documents?
Have seen the evidence and am assisting my friend.

Will send an email to McClures Dispute Resolution Manager and see if we get a response, but more than likely will be ignored as all other 1 star reviewers say. If Not will use the SLCC website for FREE and easy to use complaints procedure. To hope that McClures will act with ethics and integrity. Which is sadly lacking from the Executory Department.

Good explanation of the process, and the final outcome expected, together with timeline of events. Main office were quite busy, so slight delay experienced, but within a frw days.
