The team compiled our Wills. They were doing this for free with a small donation to our chosen charity. Despite the ongoing pandemic they professional and approachable through. A good service well recommended. Will consider using for our future business.

Following the sad passing of my mother last year and, as executor to her Will, I have had to deal with a Trust that she had wisely set up through McClure's Solicitors.
I have to say from the onset that I have not preformed this role before and, along with Probate, have found this a long, drawn out and mentally exhausting process.
However......
I have dealt with Hayden Bain (one of McClure's trainee solicitors) from the onset and he has been an absolute gem. Through all of the confusion of forms, emails, phone calls etc that follow the death of a loved one, Hayden has been the one one constant that has stuck to his word about communication, doing things as expeditiously as he could and keeping calm, professional and friendly.
We all know how frustrating these processes are but having just one contact who actually makes the effort to see each customer as a person has got me through a tough 8 months.
McClure's - I am sure that Hayden will complete his training and I hope that he continues to be a fantastic asset to your company, hold on to him.

Took two years to give family their inheritance.
Contacted them about name and even after several cLls and emails they got it wrong.
Incompetence
Told me the cheque would be cancelled. Dates 31 December received two weeks later has to be cancelled once again.
When you phone them you get through to answering machine and never once did they answer the rings.

I was advised to obtain 'Power of attorney' to managed my wife's if necessary. I searched Google and came up with 'Mclures' as a local and reputable solicitors and contacted them to put the process in motion. From my initial contact with them they were very helpful and guided us through all the questions and answers both they and ourselves required. we felt so comfortable with our dealings that we made our wills at the same time. I would certainly recommend them to you if you are requiring the same service. You won't be disappointed.

I have used McClure solicitors recently for the second time. I used them to make amendments to a will. I can not fault anything they did for me. Excellent service received throughout. Would most definitely recommend this company.

Well done McClure Solicitors for steering us through a complex case. They were extremely helpful, explained all the options. I'd spelt some names wrong and it meant re-doing all the paper work. This was done without complaint or extra cost. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

Will You Guys please answer your Emails or maybe even answer your phone ? I seem to be constantly ignored

My mother and father, put their home into a trust set up by this firm of Solicitors may years ago. They died three years ago, and despite my solicitors emailing, writing and phoning many times the matter has not progressed. I myself, and my brother have both done the same but nobody gets back to you. All we want to do is to complete the house sale and move on. I could not recommend this firm to anyone.

We sold and purchased a house earlier this month and the service from Craig Jackson and McClure Solicitors could not have been any better.

We have recently completed the gruelling business of trying to downsize our large property to a smaller, more convenient one, during which we have had buyers withdraw, offers, estate agents selling properties on which they had accepted offers and with the entire undertaking beset and delayed by coronavirus delays. During the almost 2 years of the operation McClure have been a support and, have resolved difficulties.
I should like to pay particular tribute to their conveyancer, Ishrat Hussain, who, dealt with difficulties and delays, culminating in a last minute, successful negotiation to halt a further threatened delay, which occurred when the move was already under way. This involved her having to work with the purchasers' finance company to ensure that they provided the promised funding on time, and she was hard at work on our behalf throughout two evenings as well as the daytime

McClure were very experienced and professional. I got great advice re my will and impartial information about power of attorney that i am considering. They dealt with everything in a timely manner and would highly recommend them.

I have been trying to close the family protection trust since 20th February 2018 which is when I first contacted McClures' by phone( yes they actually answered it back then). Since then I have communicated with them by e-mail, telephone and snail mail. I have been sent two sets of forms to fill in which I have duly done and returned by registered post. I have been given excuses as to why there has been some delay but as we are now approaching THREE years since my first communication and my last two communications, a letter sent by registered mail and an e-mail are still to be responded to I am just about at the end of my tether. I despair. I cannot find it in me to say anything nice about this firm.
