As somebody who has rented a property and used traditional high street agents for a number of years to advertise and find clients for me I am able to make an accurate comparison between them. I found this online agent 'Makyourmove' to be an excellent agent, they were very quick at everything which is what you need, we were on rightmove the same day as signing, we had viewings by the following day and a most suitable secure tenant by the end of the week. They dealt with all paperwork expediently and most importantly cost less than half the price of any agent. They responded very quickly to any queries and were very pleasant and helpful. I dont think I would use high street agents again they just don't compare with ' Make your move' I would most definitely recommend them and will be using them again myself.

This may be the reliably best company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Each time they are efficient, friendly, organised, brilliant manner on the phones/email... nothing seems too much trouble. They are also very reasonable! What's not to like! Recommend WHOLEHEARTEDLY. Slow to help tenants, poor communication total confusion caused by booking several companies to do the same job without informing the tenants and this is supposed to a big company that knows what its doing. You can never get hold of them in the office and you can regularly spend 20mins at a time trying to get through and when you do they dont care and fob you off so in short the worst companybi have ever dealt with along with thier rude disrespectful sub contractors bring back the old estate agents that they brought out (estatesdirect.com) as at least you could get jobs done and actually speak to someone who goves a damn.
