Georgia from Waterfords has been amazing through our property journey, nothing has been to much trouble and shes always been so welcoming to our many questions! Would highly recommend Waterfords and Georgia!

From the relaxed and unrushed viewing held by Alex to the efficient service and amazing communication from Helen in the contracts team I can’t fault the Waterfords Fleet branch.

Helen kept me updated and was beyond friendly it felt like chatting to a friend at points.

Highly recommend and would definitely use again!

Waterfords Yateley is a superb estate agency. Beth and Harry are an outstanding team who both know the market and area very well. Their assistance throughout the process, particularly liaising with solicitors, buyers and other agents, has enabled us to sell as smoothly as possible. We cannot thank them enough and wish the whole team great success in the future.

The sale of my house completed today and I have to say a HUGE thank you to Richard Day at Waterfords, Camberley. Our situation was complicated as we are merging two households with 2 houses to sell and, whilst my sale through Waterfords was relatively straightforward, Richard was always there, keeping me informed of what was happening and really making sure that we could make the sale move along in good time and in the best interest of both parties. However, Richard was not just doing everything we would hope an estate agent would do for our sale, he also became a hughly valuable source of reason, valuable information and support with regard to our onward purchase...which has proved far from straightforward and I can't thank him enough for keeping me sane - or relatively at least, through what has been a very difficult and highly irregular experience at the hands of not just one but two other local estate agents.
Curiously when we were going through the process of looking for an estate agent to sell for us, Waterfords Camberley, were also far and away the most professional and reasonable from the word go -
I have moved so many times in my life, and never felt remotely inclined to write a positive review for an estate agent, but this is absolutely the exception. It is so refreshing to find a team who provide the service that they say they will from start to finish. Genuinely - thank you.

I wouldn't use this company again based on my experience with Camberley branch.

Tried to get a viewing booked, no phone calls just email, they finally got back to give us with a date & time. We replied agreeing to the viewing details, then... nothing. No confirmation for a few days.

We finally got an email confirmation a day before viewing. We got to the property on time and no agent was present, i had to call the branch to find out, they didn't know so they would call back. I then get a text saying your viewing has been cancelled because its now sold, no other communication.

How about trying calling your customers? I don't mind properties being sold quick its the nature of the business, but to not even call us to check and completely waste our time is not on.

We will be staying away from this company moving forward.

Yesterday we had 3 property viewings with Daniel Riches. We were absolutely blown away by Daniel, he was so friendly and polite and worked hard to ensure that we could think about how each house would suit our individual needs, tailoring the viewing to us completely. It was at 5pm and was his last viewing slot of the day but by his enthusiasm you'd have thought it was his first day on the job.
Daniel took us to a new build property which in turn has opened our eyes to the idea of a new build, something we had never thought about before.

We would 100% recommend Waterfords, especially Daniel and really hope that we get a chance to view a property with him again.

I had an amazing experience with Waterfords in Camberley. They went above and beyond to help me find a house at the most affordable rent in the area, which was a huge relief in today’s market.

Throughout the entire renting period, their team was incredibly supportive and attentive, always available to address any queries or concerns. Their professionalism and dedication made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and helpful letting agent, I can’t recommend Waterfords Camberley enough. Thank you for making renting such a pleasant experience!

We are so pleased that we chose Waterfords,Yateley! First the manager, Shaun, discussed how to present our house and garden with his great knowledge of the market, and Yateley. The house was under offer a few days after it went up for sale! Harry became our contact and was always so helpful and reassuring on the phone.Sometimes sales take much longer than expected, through absolutely no fault of Waterfords, and there was always a calm voice of Harry guiding us through to completion! Do use them, you will not be disappointed.

Another lot who shouldn't be trading. I've seen yet another advert discriminating against the disabled and poor. The rental house is £1,400 a month which equals £16,800 for 12 months yet they are dictating and saying they want me to get £42,000 for 12 months. Now how can a stupid estate agent dictate and assume the rest of my outgoing costs are going to equal near to £25,200!? I don't think I've known anyone so stupid as Waterfords in Fleet. They do this to discriminate and single out the disabled and poor in not so many words because they don't want anybody on benefits renting their managed houses. They can't indirectly say benefits not accepted because it's illegal so they use this stupid way to tell you how much you should get a year!! I hope this company goes out of business.

I had the incredible opportunity to complete my work experience at Waterford Estate Agency in the fleet branch. The team at Waterford was exceptionally welcoming and supportive especially Elise Griffin. I had a wonderful time and i'm greatly appreciative for the skills i have learned and the time i was there.

I have used Waterfords a number of times recently (both buy and selling) and I would have no hesitation recommending them - thoroughly professional and hard working.

Waterfords Chobham sales team are undoubtedly the most professional and amazing team of agents I have ever dealt with. We spent countless months doing countless viewings of properties, we never felt like we were dealing with the right kind of agent, which lead to us not feeling comfortable moving forward with buying, until we came across Tom and the team at Waterfords Chobham, there was no pressure, no lies, no sleaziness, just genuine people with great work ethic and brilliant communication!

We knew straight away that we wanted to buy our home once meeting Tom, he was so helpful and guided us every step of the way!
Nothing was ever too much! He and the team always kept us informed as each part of the process was completed. And the numerous questions and calls I made were always answered with a smile and helpfulness.

For anyone selling, they are the team for you and for anyone buying I can not stress enough how much a great agent impacts the process in making it run smoother and stress free!

Thank you. It was a stressful time during changing economics. I believe you did your best to get a buyer, to kèp that buyer and to get the best from that buyer. I appreciate this. I do not have enough experience to widen my rating. I hope not to buy again but would look at waterfords.

Waterfords Camberley branch helped us sell our house quickly and for our expected price in a volatile market (Spring '23).
We used their package deal with Shoosmiths conveyancing team. In hindsight we feel it would have been better for us to have used a local solicitor we could have met face to face in the final stages of exchange.

Waterfords Estate Agents made a good property valuation and helped me to sell my house and move into the new one!
