I was impressed by the speed at which Makeyourmove found tenants to view my property. It was very efficient.
Just one thing, I was still being offered potential tenants days after I had accepted the one I had offered my flat to.

Thank you for taking the team to leave a review I am glad to hear you had such a positive experience with us following your first time using our service.
I have had a look over the details and although you accepted the offer pending references checks on the 4th January your new tenant did not actually make the payment to proceed with their reference checks and application until the 8th January and for this reason your property listing remained live and you continued to get new inquiries through until we deactivated the listing following your request on the 7th January.
The reason we do not usually take properties off the market until the referencing checks have started is there is the risk that the offer may fall through and we feel it is best to take precaution until the tenant reference checks are in progress. We always aim to act in our landlords best interests.

Helpful, friendly, professional and efficient
Helpful, friendly and professional staff. A large number of potential tenants viewed the property and we selected a lovely family. All potential tenants commented on how approachable and friendly the MakeUrMove team were, and how easy it was to arrange viewings. They liked the text reminders, and were very pleased with the whole experience. We always use MakeUrMove and have recommended them to several of our friends who have properties.

An easy to work with organisation
An easy to work with organisation. Very helpful and reasonably priced. I cannot speak more highly of the team here and would not hesitate to recommend them. I've used them from sourcing new tenants through to getting the contracts signed and having the deposits paid. It's saved me money rather than using a high street agent and getting ripped off. Continue with all of your hard work guys at makeurmove, you're doing a great job, and thank you!

Tenancy Agreement
Makeurmove was recommended to me by a friend.I was a bit dubious at first about using this company as apposed to a high street estate agent but so glad I did as they was fantastic.Very helpful,communication was great and just made the whole process of becoming a knew landlord seem a little easier.I would definitely recommend and use these again.

it was an easy way of doing things. especially given that we reside abroad and wanted to put minimum burden on our friend helping us with the process.
So the Makeurmove service was a real help, and well worth the investment.

We rely on them.
We have relied on MakeUrMove now for 3 years to find us decent tenants for our 2 North London flats. It has been a pleasure to deal with them. Their pricing is fair from both the landlord & tenant points of view. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is that this time the service was somewhat chaotic - but only slightly so.

Good but Could be Better
Their services represent good value for money as regards finding tenants and providing documentation. Where they fall down is on (a) not answering the phone quickly (not unusual to wait 5 minutes), (b) having inexperienced people answer the phone who have to refer to someone with more knowledge and (c) having a "joined up" organisation. The last point refers to making sure that all aspects of the tenant finding process are connected. e.g. notifying landlords when certain activities, such as check out reports, have been completed

Thank you for your review. Your feedback is extremely valuable and highlights where further improvements can be made.
We were aware of some inefficiencies with our phone systems and have been working to improve this. We have recently adjusted our call routing which has shown a marked improvement in answer rates and wait times.
All staff are currently on training programmes and are working towards accreditation by the Association of Residential Letting Agents. In the event that a staff member is unable to deal with a particular query, we always encourage the call to be passed to a colleague who can offer the best advice.
Your final point is extremely valid as updates should be provided at all stages of order processing. You should have received notifications via email once your check out order was processed, booked, completed and finally the report delivered to you. Based on your feedback we will be carrying out a review of our email systems and deliverability.
Please be assured your feedback has been reviewed by our managing director and action is being taken. Thank you once again for your review.

Fabulous service!
Very easy process for a Landlord to find a Tenant. We always use this company as very professional and helpful. We have always found great tenants through MakeUrMove that stay with us for years. The tenant referencing is thorough and quick. Our last tenants information was confirmed as acceptable to us within three days. Great service. We always recommend them!
