Products are great, I’ve ordered from this company a few times, would be 5 star if I didn’t have to chase up every order I make with them. Had a few problems with products leaking in the post but if you email them first they’re more than happy to sort this matter.

Great product used honey bay rum freshener a few times and different products
Good service, postage could be improved due to delay everyone I order but not the fault of mad cow super happy with their range

Waited an age for my delivery only to find that my wax was missing.
4 emails later from myself saying I haven't received the wax and 3 emails from Madcow saying they were sorry and that the wax will be in the next post later 🤔🤔
Very poor customer service

So I've ordered a month ago, where I have nothing from them just a tracking number which is useless, on dpd they telling me that they still are waiting for the parcel. I've tried to contact them in 5 different possible ways they provided with no reply, and what's more funny is that they disabled my comments on Facebook after I tried to reach them through they posts. Until I get anything and if I'll get anything from them my rating will stay 1 star!

P.S.
Good thing I've paid with klarna and not direct with card as I was able to stop further payments.

After promises of fulfilling my order fully and not getting anything from them, I've managed to cancel my order with klarna, so of you willing to buy something from here (don't recommend) buy with klarna this way you will be able to feel a bit safer.

Best prices for detailing products and they work very well. Think I'm converted to madcow

Been using the products for over 2 years now, never had any issues. Most of the products are amazing for the price, don’t even mention the crazy cheap deals.
I highly recommend it!

Had issues with items missing waited months and ended up having PayPal step in, one product didn't even smell if they had helped me I would still use them but lost all faith even said so on the Facebook group and got banned from it.. Not good customer service at all..

Ordered online and paid. A few days later received a DPD notice saying that the delivery had been booked. Several emails later and after 14 days asking why this package had not been released to DPD, we took delivery of the products. Cant complain about the prices but does seem very watery when used. The Snow Foam struggled to make any impact unless used in a higher ratio. Sadly I won't be back.

Order took three weeks to turn up and missing some things as they have no stock and no time scale of when it is coming. Good products bad service if they don’t have the stock don’t list them so you cant buy them

By far the best detailing products I’ve ever used, forget your Halfords brought products, forget your expensive watery brands… Madcow is the bomb! Nice smelling, easy to use and easy on the pocket!

Faultless as always. Had a minor issue with delivery, received a response in an hour and couldn't be more willing to help.

Had to wait for order but when it arrived put it to good use great stuff

Happy with products although they do seem to be a little on the weak side of things ( wheel cleaner ) &
( TFR ), interior detailer is excellent!

Delivery time could have been quicker, as it took well over a week to be dispatched.

Will defo return for future products, but may collect rather than have posted as base is literally 5 miles from my home address

Best products ever. Great comms. Be careful you may get addicted hahaha. Best smelling and choice of detailing products around. Be warned they may take over your house hahaha.
