Having used Madcow for near on 5 years now I would not use anyone else they just don't come close to what you get from Madcow! They are always super helpful, answering questions about how to get maximum benefits out the products, always have incredible deals on and super fast delivery and the products speak for themselves, always improving formulas and new limited BOK's which the price of those are insane for what you get! Madcow are the only brand I trust on my bmw and that car is my baby!

Always great service! Amazing after care giving advice on product use and items always arrive well packed and with quick delivery.

Still waiting on items a month down the line, emailed but no reply. This is worst service I've had for car cleaning products.

As with every oder I place, service is top notch 👌 the team go above and beyond and it is the reason that I come back time after time!

Terrible service, Waited 3 weeks in total after 9 days and still no dispatch so asked for a refund and they said they would chase up the order to cancel it, heard nothing back, another week past with no communication. tried contacting them via WhatsApp and got ignored, tried phoning them 3 or 4 times and it just rang out and tried email, Facebook messenger and got ignored. then products finally came 2 of the containers where split and leaking in the bottom of the box and finally there was no wax (free gift for spending £50) I asked them about it and got ignored some more, all in all one of the worst companies I've had dealings with, beware!

These guys and gals are just unbelievable !! I place a order on Tuesday around 3pm and it was delivered at midday the next day and I used 2-4 day service as well. There products are wicked and do what they say there going to ! Plus the price / offers they do are knock out people ! Get on it !!!

Save yourself the hassle, ordered in the sale on 10/10/21, its now 24/11/21 and countless emails (very few replies from mad cow) and two false promises of sending the order out that day and nothing has ever been sent. After nearly 7 weeks of waiting and emailing I have now started the process of requesting a refund via paypal. Seriously don’t order from this ‘cow’ boy establishment

Edit 1.12.21. requested a paypal refund 7 days ago, which was pending from the 25.11.21, the refund was cancelled this morning. The moral of this story is dont use madcow…

Edit 1.1.22. after going back and too with paypal, they confirmed the initial refund was issued and then cancelled by madcow. Paypal then issued me with a refund 👍🏻 Almost 3 months after the original purchase

Excellent service, easy to order which is good for those of us not good with technology.
