I've not actually used the products yet due to the weather but the customer service was excellent and from what I've seen with the products from other people I'll definitely be ordering again in the future

Arrived within 5 days. Well packaged. Great product that works well and smells amazing at a bargain price. Very pleased.

Excellent servise a great communication with team there was a little delay on delivery but nothing really bad

So saw a fantastic deal and an opportunity to try a new company. 3 weeks alter nothing had been delivered. I got in touch and they informed me it should be ready to go out that week, due to supply problems with containers. Another week goes by and I reach out again, and get a similar explanation. I was getting nervous at this point. The following day it was dispatched and enroute. I received my package and it all looked great but one bottle of the bundle was wrong, again I sent one email and they arranged to send out the correct one straight away, no need to return the error. I truly think the delay was genuine and this would have been a 5 star review had they emailed me first to tell me about the delay.

I was introduced to the Madcow range by a good friend and I saw the results he was getting and thought my car's need that too!
I've ordered a few times now and each delivery has been quick and the products turned up well protected.
The products themselves are fantastic and I am very happy with the results. They are easy to use and do a grand job. I've just sold my car and of course gave it a thorough clean using Madcow products and the buyer asked me what products I used as the car was so clean and fresh looking.

Well, after finding madcow through a mutual friend on social media I'll not look back. With the great products and superb over the top customer service (nothing is to much trouble). And to top it off the fantastic deals, between myself and my work colleagues (Just enjoy cleaning our cars) we have easily spent over £1k and the feedback from everyone has been fantastic.
