Ordered 3 weeks ago. No products received. Multiple messages on WhatsApp read but not replied to. Delete messages on their Facebook page. Not responding to emails.

Annoyingly paid by card so now having to do a chargeback.

Shocking company with appalling customer service and seems to be a bit of a theme.

Deffo one to avoid AT ALL COSTS.

Order a bunch of products from them at the start of June 2022. Still waiting after countless emails and messages. It’s now August and still no sign of shipping. Even after being told that the items were due to be collect by Carrier (unconfirmed who).
Wouldn’t dare buy from them again. Will be requesting my money back straight away.

I decided to try MADCOW products after seeing a promotion on a social media platform. Decided to take a punt and try some new products rather than my usual go to for car cleaning. Ordered and paid for thinking the products will arrive within 5-7 days as advertised, how wrong was i! Chased after 11 days via email and no response. So decided to comment on a Social media post of the products as no response via email, which my comment was instantly deleted. Commented again, comment deleted and i was blocked. This is why you see no negative reviews, as they delete and block individuals.
Chased via email again and got a response that was trying to justify why being blocked, responded questioning the companys approach towards customers leaving feedback. Got a response advising the courier was not giving any feedback to where my order was (thats it blame the courier), and was offered for the order to be redispatched. And again a pathetic reasoning of why they block customers and delete the comments, claiming their social media page was abused!. Rejected the offer of products being dispatched again and requested a full refund that was agreed in writing. Was advised i will get an email to advise when this would be processed. 48 hours later i get an email from the courier advising the product has been dispatched. No refund, sent the product instead! Even though it was agreed i would get a refund they decided to keep my money and send the products.
No comment on the products themselves as not used as sitting here in the box. This review is due to the poor customer service, disgusting attitude towards customers, the hiding of negative reviews on social media, poor communication, poor delivery times and blaming everyone from the courier to the customer for a poorly managed process and disgusting attitude of staff. A simple acknowledgement of mistakes and appolgy goes a long way. Will be a shame if the products were good as would never order from this company again and would advise others to steer clear.

1st box didn't arrive, 2nd box arrived with labels missing, said they wud post them out, didn't arrive, I sent bk at my own cost, said they didn't receive it even thought royal mail said delivered, after weeks I got half a refund, rarely answered mail sent to them, would not recommend so I'm £25 out of pocket.

Ordered goods over two weeks ago nothing received. Have tried to contact them by email, no response. They never answer the phone you get asked to leave a message and they never get back to you.
Will contact my bank to sort out a refund. This company is not to be trusted if they don’t respond to customers requests for updates on delivery times.

The products arrived on time. Product smell amazing. But the fallout remover does nothing I ordered 2 bottles. There was no reaction I did email and proved there was no reaction. But no reply afterwards. Other that that 8 products of of 10 seem ok.

Absolutely horrible company, the manager has a foul mouth swearing over the phone and being rude. Tried getting hold multiple times got the phone put down on me three times and then blocked. Tried to email no response. Ordered 5/07/22 not even been dispatched yet no update on what’s happening had to contact PayPal for refund process

What a horrible and rude item arrived damaged and contacted them I got blocked and sent rude messages. Company owner doesn’t know how to runs company and just puts the phone down

Love this stuff! I was unsure exactly what I needed, and I had a very swift reply. Order was well packaged and arrived on time. Faultless. It's exactly what my car needed and all I have got is compliments on how my car looks when I have used the products.

Watered Down Rubbish ,Terrible Customer Service , Products missing from orders , Stay well clear !!

Awful service. Used a number of products from Madcow via a reseller and had no issues with purchase and rated the products used. Attempted on two occasions to purchase direct and had nothing but issues with lack of communication and delays resulting on 1 refund and another transaction still not refunded and no goods delivered. I have contacted bank as company are not responding. Ordered near over £100 worth of products that never got dispatched despite attempts to contact seller over past 2 months. Should have learnt after long delays with first order.

To my horror I have experienced the same level of none delivery and poor customer care as the previous reviewers. Still awaiting delivery ordered 21/05/22

Ordered ten items for £39, over 2 weeks ago. Still nothing has arrived, sent emails with no reply. Phone goes straight to answer phone. A really useless company, will not be buying from them again

Bought the 10 items for £39, appeared to be a good deal but having looked at and used the products they are essentially just watered down and cheap.
Not to mention the horrendous delivery time, lack of response to emails/messages and a phone number that goes straight to voicemail, will not be using again

Came across mad cow while searching the Web never heard of them ordered 10 for 39 a d 2 boks to try as a professional valeter detailer who's been in the business since 2006 thought I would try to be honest it's cheap for a reason the products I have used so far are very weak in strength and have to use twice as much product so in my opinion buy cheap buy twice

I placed an order over a week ago. I have tried to contact regarding my order as Dpd have a tracking number but no order. Tried on line chat, filled in the contact form, what’s app and no response. I would like it if someone could contact me I have ordered from you before with no problem at all.

Ordered on easter Sunday
Informed me my item was with DPD but no tracking information provided and no contact.
Constant emails and phone calls ignored and 16 days later told I had been refunded.
I have asked to see dispatch notes and tracking details but they are blaming DPD for damaging my order.
Asked for my order just to be resent and now no reply.
I have bought before with problems and my advice would be simply
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Tom has a serious attitude problem and I’m very surprised he has any kind of business with the way he speaks to people. This review follows on from my previous review regarding my order on 4th March. Nearly 2 months down the line and I still haven’t received the products I was missing. I am constantly ignored by Tom, and only when my partner gets involved to message him he gets a response stating he didn’t send the products as I left a negative review. That negative review was left 11 days after Tom promised to send the missing products and so quite clearly this is just an excuse. He has now blocked us from contacting on any social media platforms. So Tom I’m sure you’ll be happy to see another negative review caused by yourself, and I look forward to seeing you in person, at your shop, where you can’t ignore me.

Made an order which never came in the time line given then apparently it didn't even get dispatched by them according to tracking number and the courier they used. This was checked After the date they given my order would arrive.
