Worst company ever Please Please do not PURCHASE any products from this company don't post out any products Always read their reviews Wish I had lucky I paid by credit card

MadcowUK unfortunately you have to have mad cows to buy from them,

This company used to be my go-to place for all cleaning gear but as of late they've failed on everyside to keep there once excellent customer service by been an absolute disgrace.
Long story cut very short,
Items meant to be delivered back in Sept 2022, 4 weeks in and no delivery so messaged Tom (the owner) and advised him of the missing parcel to get back he'd look I to it and send another.
I in my own failure forgot about said parcel until someone commented on there Facebook page that theirs had also not arrived, I made a comment about mine and this got deleted, I then posted a complaint on there main page which also got deleted and then I was removed from the group.

MadcowUK have zero respect for there customers and fail to maintain a constant delivery service, I personally will never use there products again and unfortunately for them a lot of my car related friends have followed suit.

Bye bye Madcow you was good in the beginning but greed has been your downfall.

Never got my stuff ordered in December tried emailing them got nothing back they blocked me on Facebook not happy

Fraudulent seller. Blocks you on any form of social media when you ask for an update regarding your order. There’s quite a few detailing “brands” like this I’ve noticed. You’ve been warned, don’t bother.

Ordered on the 19th December, had a confirmation email and then a email from dpd saying they'd been notified of my parcel but hadn't received it yet. I haven't had any further updates or received my parcel. I've emailed them, Facebook messaged them and messaged them on Instagram. They have blocked me on Instagram and still no reply. I'm going through PayPal to get a refund, which hopefully I will get.
We have ordered from them for years, have a garage full of their products so did not expect that when I ordered it!

DPD couldn’t deliver my parcel because it was “perishable” told me to contact Madcow sent 4/5 emails nothing finally got a response through instagram
And they said refund or replacement ? I asked for a replacement Iv not heard a thing since and Iv sent a further 2/3 emails and tried social media again where they have deleted my comments. Il be getting the bank involved.

Ordered products in November,not received ,and blocked me on fbook for commenting!also no reply to emails and msges,beware,a total scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really disappointed made an order on the 10.12.22 never received it i tried numerous times to get in touch to no avail I have had orders of madcow before and never had a problem lucky I paid using PayPal they paid me out I will never use madcow again I now use ez car care

Never received order they cancelled alongside an email stating I was a nitemare customer because I emailed and left messages regarding an order I placed and paid for. This was the first email I got back from them as i mentioned fraud on it. Very rude email and wouldn't recommend. Still waiting on refund wouldn't hold breath after reading the reviews on here

Ordered and paid for goods that never arrived. Like others have stated, no response to any messages, phone is never answered and now comments have been removed off Facebook. Judging by the numerous comments on here these guys must be making a fortune from essentially stealing people's money

Terrible after service. I have been chasing well over 12 months now for a response and continued to chase. Abysmal customer service and rude responses

It all started fine. Got a notification that I my products was ships with in 4 days .

I than arrived 7. February 2022
( 5x5l shampoo interior detailer and much more )
I was already a heavy consumer of the old madcow, so I had 10+ 500ml labeled old bottles cleans ready for dosing .

But something was wrong.
The first 5l was the candy soap. It smell’s like a plastic factory.
So I opened all the others and it was exactly the same horrendous smell.

“The 8 febuary”
Im waiting them a mail.
Again the 10th feb
11,12,13 feb. But no anwsers

I than figur out they have 2 og 3 diffrent mail so i wrote to all og them .
First in april do i ger in toutch with Allan.
He says that he will ship som fragrance to me so I’m got to go.
But never have I got any notifications that something was on there way or seen any fragrance so I could use my products…

I keep on writing to them again. But no answers…..

First in July I got an email back…
They said that I was 100% shipped, inthan replied, Thant nothing had arrived yet..
again no answers

Now are we mid Oktober, and still no answers…

What a joke..

And most of all, what a waste of a former great company that we have ben loyal to for years

Even my own detailing company back in 2018 was using they’re products heavily.

Guess it’s now a closed chapter..
Would never ever recommend them or there joke of a service..

Have bought a sample package I was impressed so I went ahead and spent another £40 on a full size package. On the 28th June ORDER #15415 was confirmed but it never arrived. I have a folder full of emails promising investigation with the courier and replacements being sent but nothing, and now they just ignore me. Totally useless! Products are ok, but buy at your peril because if they aren't delivered they don't give a monkeys!

I ordered on the 19th July and still not received anything, I’ve asked for a refund nicely multiple times my messages was read and not replied to same applies for email was not replied to, now I am blocked on their instagram, I didn’t spend a lot on their website but it’s not the point as the cost of living goes up it just seems this “business” is keeping peoples hard earned money and not giving them what they bought and just messing them around, bank dispute opened for my refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS spend your money elsewhere.

yet another late delivery. claim it wil be 2-3 working days and the average wait has been 2-3 weeks. In past orders i have had polish missing to which they said they are awaiting the raw materials and offered refund or i can wait for the product (which i said id wait) 2 months passed by and still no polish then when i emailed they denied all knowledge and stopped replying, also had a delivery with an unlabeled bottle to which they also just completely ignored. Please stay away from these cowboys, there is much better stuff out there with much better customer services that also probably just wont take your money!

I had seen a sponsored add on Facebook for MadCow, offering a deal on 4 of thier products for £20. This seemed like a good deal, so I followed the link and placed my order of 4 items for £20, plus added one of thier in car scent sprays aswell.

I quickly received confirmation through PayPal, to say my order had been placed, and I should receive the products within 5-7days.

5-7days had passed, and I hadn't had any further contact from MadCow regarding delivery or tracking.

It was at this point I started looking at reviews on thier webpage/facebook and trust pilot, and saw so many negative 1 star reviews, I started to regret my decision to buy the products on a whim, as I Thot I had likely been scammed, because of all the poor reviews.

I tried to contact MadCow via Facebook messenger, to ask about delivery dates etc, but had no response.

Believing I was being scammed I then went onto PayPal to cancel my order and process a refund, it was at this point I found delivery tracking information attached to my PayPal invoice. (Previously hadn't been there).

I decided to check the tracking and it was with Evri, who had collected the package from MadCow, and were transporting it to my local Evri depot.

The next day I received the products, and they were as described.

The products are of a good quality and do what they are supposed to, and it's a big thumbs up for the in car decent, lasts ages and smells like the described scent.

Only bad points were poor communication, no confirmation emails from MadCow regarding order/invoice/delivery, and couldn't get hold of them through their own means (Facebook Messenger) and also the delivery took longer than the 5-7 days as Originally described.

Overall Poor Service but Good Products.

#ordered 5ltr received 500ml.
#Ordered cherry received in bottles without labels, just marker scribble on.
#promised to send replacement for damaged/ leaking bottle due to bad packaging never did.
#Ordered 3x 5ltr deal received 2x 5ltr then had to request 3x for refund for missing product's.
Payed for express delivery 1-2 working days that i never received after emailing and fbk messages had a rude reply.
#gave it 1 more chance and asked beforehand if there was any problems the answer was no problem's so Ordered straight away with express delivery. Yet again after emailing/messaging 3 weeks later I've received a refund for the full Order.

It's such a shame as the product's are good if you get them. But the dreadful unprofessional way that the company is run I will not be using again. I'm a valet company with many years of experience that seen Madcow's many great deals at great prices and thought I couldn't go wrong but!! My god I did, be warned learn from the reviews left and avoid.
Or listen to there list of excuses for there bad service.

If I could give them zero I would. Ordered on August 3rd. Send them messages on Facebook, Instagram and email to ask where my package was as it was the 23rd August at this point. They responded saying they would look into it. 3 weeks a total of 6 weeks since I ordered I have not received anything I purchased and they have now resulted in ignoring all my messages asking for a refund. My tracking number clearly states that my order hasn't even left their warehouse yet. Please pay with PayPal so you can at least have a better chance of a refund! Shocking customer service. Just an update after they said they would refund me nearly 2 weeks ago...they still haven't what a surprise.

Refund requested 3 weeks after the order was placed, after multiple attempts to contact my product was still not dispatched. I should have read the reviews on here first. Letting paypal deal with the refund now. What a joke of a company. I'll stick with auto finesse I think
