Great product, very slow delivery

AVOID.

SCAMMERS

Takes weeks to receive any order. When it arrived I was missing a few bottles. Customer service is poor. They either ignore you or just tell you lies. Took weeks to get a partial refund. The products I did receive are watered down I scented rubbish.

Scammers! Bought a bundle of products that were on offer. When recieved there was 2 products not in the box. Contacted them to be told that they were out of stock but when i checked only 1 was out of stock. They then said there would be a partial refund on the way and an email. 4 days gone no email no partial refund.

Reasonable prices, great products. Highly recommended.

Great value for money, they work and smell amazing

Very impressed with their cleaning products, got 4 for £20 deal ( well worth it) . I got mojito snow foam , alkaline wheel cleaner , candy shampoo and cherry wax , car look amazing and I don’t know wether to drive it or lick it , it smells that good 😂 looking forward to using more of their products 👍

Madcow are amazing company easy to talk to very polite and helpful with any of your queries. Madcow have great products to try and at affordable prices also do great deals on their stock so definitely worth giving them a look and try their products. I definitely recommend them if your want your vehicle looking and smelling great.

You guys just pull it out the bag every time! I now think I need to seek therapy with the amount of car cleaning products I buy from you guys 😂😂 products are absolutely awesome, majority smell absolutely delicious and I have to tell myself.. don’t drink them! Keep it up guys and no doubt I’ll be ordering again in the near future 👌

Very disappointed, missing product in my order and didn't get it

Did not receive all the correct items in the bundle pack I ordered. One bottle came with no label at all, so found item by elimination. Ordered large bucket and it came with no decals, the same item I could have ordered from Screwfix for a fraction of the price. Not a good buying experience and would not recommend.

This product is the best I have used, I have tried alot, it was recommended by a friend of a friend top marks at madcow

Ordered a monster boks and 4 for £20 on 29th of jan 2022. I recieved my 4 for £20 over a month later. I haven't received my monster boks . When I contacted madcow via the website chat, they stated that the issue was with the courier not accepting the chemicals over a month after ordering and no communication. I was then told I would be added to a list and that they would tell me when the products had been dispatched. Nearly a week later , I've tried to contact them over the last 2 days with no reply. Luckily, I've ordered through klarna, and I've been able to put a stop on the payments. This is the second time I've waited over a month for products, and its a shame because when they do arrive, they are actually pretty good. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering again .

Had 3 orders now, each one packaged really well.
Spoke to the owner for advice on what I needed for the best results, he advised me what I needed, told me not to buy certain products as others would do a better job, a company with good knowledge and wants to save you money.
It's all brilliant stuff, so easy to use, fantastic results.
Number 1 shop for my car cleaning products going forward. 10/10

Very easy to deal with and quick delivery

Made a recent order and I couldn’t be happier. My order arrived in 3 working days and from what I’ve tested so far, the new product line is very good!

First time I have bought madcow products and I am very impressed, delivery was very prompt and products are excellent.
