Dålig kundtjänst. Lägger på då arbetstid är slut

Köpte en e-sim med abonnemang och fick qr-kod som inte fungerar och får meddelande att kontakta kundtjänst. Efter att väntat i 45 min i telefon på kundtjänst lägger de på då de har öppet till kl 18!! Aldrig varit med nåt så oproffsigt! Och att maila till kundtjänst innebär 5-7 dagar väntetid på svar!

Ni ska vara bemannade så ni kan GE servis man ska ha rätt till. Att ta betald från kunder fungerar 24 timmar av dygnet men när er arbetstid är slut då är det ok att kasta ut betalande kunder ur telefonkö efter 45 min väntetid!!

Lyca Mobile has locked my phone out of…

Lyca Mobile has locked my phone out of network (voice calls) although it is an approved 5g model. They keep on sending automated emails saying my phone is approved and that I just must switch on VoLTE. There is no such option in settings for Lyca SIM. My second SIM slot accepts all other operators and VoLTE is accessable.
Also, lyca gives no receipt including VAT. I think that is against law in Sweden.

It is really frustrating

It is really frustrating that I can access the internet using the Lyca SIM but cannot make any calls. My phone supports VoLTE, but in the Mobile Network → Lyca SIM settings, I do not see any VoLTE option. For my other SIM, the VoLTE option is available. This clearly seems to be an issue with Lyca. Please let me know the solution.

Many incompatible devices, get another provider

WARNING! Many incompatible devices with LycaMobile, get another provider!

I have Oneplus Nord 4 CE 5G phone (2024) that Lycamobile has not registered (whitelisted) yet on their network.
On the 5th Dec 3G was shut down, since then I have SMS, 4G/5G data working fine but no incoming/outgoing calls. After a lot of websearching, I read many other people are experiencing the same issues: VoLTE is typically enabled by Lyca only for a very limited set of devices, even if my device itself is new and technically capable of VoLTE and works fine with other operators.

I emailed them 2 weeks ago to their official email support (since I didnt want to spend 1 hour waiting on the phone) , nothing/no answer. Last week I emailed them to their trustpilotreview email (which they provide in their review answers), nothing again.

Lyca, I gave you many chances but you failed.
No wonder why they are so cheap.

Keep your mental health and choose another operator.

Waste of recharge

Waste of recharge. Incoming and outgoing calls are not working. Not able to connect with customer care as well. Waste of money and time. I am using latest mobile with 5g network but still no luck. I should port out to new network soon.

Worstever call quality

Worstever call quality, whenever I make a call, receiver can't hear me! Call drop everymoment. This is very frustrating when you make an very important call but the receiver can't hear!
Customer service is uniaginably worst as well. I have 100 sek in balance. Customer service told me to return that to my account, at 10 time. But it never happen. How they are serving at a custry like Sweden!
A bit of good thing is that, they provide free international meeting whatever the quality is!
I am changing to another operator from January surely!

Usel kvalite och ingen support

Usel kvalite på röstsamtal och hopplös support.

Kvaliten på samtal är som man är fast i en konservburk 5000m under vattenytan.

Kundsupporten tar minst 1 timme i kö innan man kommer fram, om de inte bara lägger på utan varning.

Mitt nummer står alltid som privat när jag ringer folk, något deras kunsupport skylde på mig trots att jag inte har dessa problem med mina tidigare abonemang från andra mobiloperatörer. Ändra massa inställningar för att "fixa problemet", något som ändå löste det.

SMS skickas från ett annat nummer än mitt egna, fattar inte ens hur det funkar.

De må ha bra deals, och nätet är rätt stabilt men samtal funkar inte, och att jag inte har rätt nummer gör det till ett värdelöst abonemang från ett värdelöst företag.

Telefonkötid i 57 minuter

Telefonkötid i 57 minuter, samtalen kopplas ner automatiskt efter 60 minuter på grund av att lyca har en teknisk funktion som kallas long call teardown. När man väl får prata med kundtjänsten och förklarar detta så påstår de att de inte få ringa upp till mig, så man hinner inte få hjälp på dessa 3 minuter... lägg till ett val där ni ringer upp dem som ringer kundtjänsten eller ta bort funktionen long call teardown så att det blir möjligt att få hjälp av er annars kommer ni alltid att ha långa telefon köer eftersom man inte kommer fram och få den hjälp man behöver.

Something isnt right with this company

Something isnt right with this company. I could never make the calls work on my phone because of a VoLTE issue. You can't get hold of them.
Absolute waste of money.
Even the internet is slow which is odd as it shows as fast but it isn't.
Save your money and go with a serious operator.

Also ignore their fake attempt at some level of response here. They will not contact you.
This company are just taking your money for absolutely nothing at all.

Customer service not helping anything and Website also having payment failure that could not complete my task

This is my first time writing a review on Trustpilot because the service was so unbearable; it could not have been worse.

I need a new SIM card as my old phone is broken, and I have been trying to reach out to Lyca to get my new e-SIM since last week.

- Normal channel swap sims in Account management do not work due to payment failure of the site. The site asks for a payment card for 0 SEK to request a new eSIM (Account management -> SWAP sim), but none of my 10 cards work.

Support channel

- Email channel: No reply since last week.
- Phone channel: Reach out during the day, as I borrowed a friend's mobile, waiting for 45 mins, and no response.
- Chat channel: Get in at service start at 9 am. Reach customer support in 30 mins. So unprofessional, could not help with anything, just like what I read on the FAQ. CS does not reply to me intentionally and responds very late, unprofessionally, both in wording and in terms of helping, and they don't even know their own service function about SWAP sim in account management. After a 20-minute chat, there was no activity, and the chat disconnected automatically, and I could not reach CS anymore.

Now I could not do anything with this number and could not get a new one, and I still need to try to reach out on another channel. The carrier works fine if you don't have a problem, but if you have one, you will be in a terrible position.

No incoming or ougoing calls since December 3.

Hi,

I have called Lycamobile 3 times in November about 2g and 3g is getting closed and I am not having an option to activate voLTE. Everytime I received the response that everything will work normally from December 1.

Then on December 3, all calls stopped working. Luckily on that day I was able to reach customer support and registered a complaint. I have received the case number. But till now the issue is not resolved. I received some response in email that I need to change phone to support voLTE. I have tried with Comviq on the same phone and it works perfectly with calls. So I am sure issue is not with my phone. So Lycamobile should work on their side to solve this issue ASAP.

Its already 2 weeks without issue being solved. I wonder if Lycamobile cares about customer's problems.

Always receive some automated mails that issue will resolved the earliest and wonder what is earliest as per Lycamobile.

Jag har ringt och köade i en timme

Jag har ringt och köade i en timme. När jag väl kom fram fick jag bara massa onödiga frågor. 3 min därefter har de lagt på luren plötsligt. Jag ringde dagen efter o h samma sak hände alltså 1 timmas väntan och 1 min frågor och sen har de lagt på luren utn förvarning.

The worst network provider with the…

The worst network provider with the worst customer service. They do not answer calls. They would keep you on hold for hours. They take weeks to respond to email. Their AI chat box literally has got no clue about their services.
I do not recommend.

Terrible experience updating my details with Lycamobile

I have a Oneplus Nord phone and since Dec 1st I am unable to make or receive calls . Since then I have had terrible experience. Let me list it
a) unable to reach lycamobile customer support. Wait times is close to 55 mins all the time
b) when I was able to reach them, they said i need to get new phone. Oneplus models will not work. which is strange
c) Now when i want to port my number to another provider I am not able to do it because Lycamobile has not updated my personal number to my phone number
d) I have mailed multiple times to update my mobile number with the personal details. NO RESPONSE from Lyca
completely out of clues how to get it updated and I need to keep my phone number

No incoming and outgoing calls working. Since the VOLTE thing was launched i was not able to opperate or receive calls. I ve send emails, tried to reach them via phone but nothing. i ve already paid the fast pris for the whole year but if i can t use it then they must refund. My greek sim works perfectly.

Customer support is dead

I have written mails upon mails and did calls upon calls. The customer support is hard to reach and the company is not serious about billing its customers. I have deactivated auto-renewal on their app and website several time n they manage deduct amount from the debit information. The customer support does not understand or accept the issue. I am not able to make or receive calls and expected the customer support to do a serious follow up. Nothing happened, customer support is dead.

How incompetent are you, I will never recommend your services to anyone. I will stop using after this month, I will compalint to swedish consumer forum. Its been 10 days couldn't make any calls

Tog pengarna för beställning för…

Tog pengarna för beställning för tjänsten Julerbjudande 99kr i månaden sen fick ingen orderbekräftelse via mail medan pengarna drägs från bankkortet.
Försökte ringa 4 gånger väntade i kö varje gång 56 min
sen när kom fram la på luren varje gång.
Till sist efter 4 timmar kom fram till kundservice hoppas på att man kommer lösa ärandet. Avvaktar några dagar.
