Lycamobile is a complete disgrace

Lycamobile is a complete disgrace. Support is practically nonexistent. You cannot reach them by phone, you cannot get help by email, and when you finally get a response it leads nowhere. I have dealt with many providers in the UK, Spain, and Sweden, and none have been this bad. Lycamobile is the worst by far. Avoid.

Worst possible mobile network company…

Worst possible mobile network company on this planet. My phone calls are not working since more than one month and it is impossible to reach their customer support. They have disabled 2g/3g calls without allowing Volte across their sim cards.

Customer support sucks

I haven't been able to call nor receive calls since 1st of December. On their website they keep saying to activate volte to fix that problem, but they don't say what to do if you don't have volte even available, which happens to be my case.

So I have been trying to contact them, but it's like trying to contact a celebrity; that lyca chat is an annoying useless junk, i emailed them a week ago and still no respons, i have been trying to call them, but all i keep getting is waiting in line for an eternity for no customer support to even pick up.

For everyday that goes, is a day i keep missing big calls

i am using lycamobile i have had a really bad experience with no coverage even in malmo city when i tried to call no one replied. I was on line for more then 50 minutes

I’m using iPhone 13 Pro Max it was automatically updated
My concern is when I was seeking help no one was there to guide me

Mitt nummer fungerar nu efter en vecka ca

Mitt nummer fungerar nu både ringa och ta emot efter flera försök på lycamobile,
Ja hörde av mig på engelska efter det fungerade mitt lycamobile men hoppas det inte va slumpen så det fungerade idag efter en vecka

Står fel information på kortet på Google pixel 10 pro men annars stämmer numret när man ringer ut och tar i mot

Men man önskar att de hörde av sig via Mail så man vet att det har läst och åter står att se priset är samma eller blir ändrat och vem vet

Is the wrong information on the card on the Google pixel 10 pro, but otherwise the number is correct when you call out and answer

But you wish they contacted you via Mail so you know it's been read and it's back to see if the price is the same or will be changed and who knows

I'm really disappointed with…

I'm really disappointed with Lycamobile. My phone supports VoLTE calls, but I can't make or receive any. Despite enabling VoLTE and having a good signal, it simply doesn’t work.

Adding to my frustration, the customer support is lacking. The wait times on their help line are far too long, and I often end up hanging up without receiving any assistance.

VOLTE trouble

Hej,
Jag har ett allvarligt problem mi​tt Lycamobile-SIM-kort.

Min telefon är en ​4G Samsung Galaxy A​7.
Jag har följt alla korrekta steg för att aktivera VoLTE (4G-samtal), men ​alternativet VoLTE / 4G-samtal visas inte alls i telefonens inställningar, därför kan jag inte aktivera det.
På grund av detta har ​mtt SIM-kort varit helt ur funktion i ​flera ​v​eckor. Jag kan varken ringa samtal eller ta emot samtal.

Jag ringer kundtjänst i 50 min​ (väntetid) för att få hjälp.​ Damen jag pratade med försökte förklara att min telefon inte är 4G och att det inte stod på listan av supportade telefoner.
Jag förklarade för henne att jag har varit på Gran Canaria och där fungerade telefonen bra med mitt Lyca SIM kort. Alternativet VOLTE / 4G-samtal visas i telefonens inställningar​ och kunde aktivera det.
​Alla andra SIM kort från andra operatörer fungerar med telefonen. Alternativet VOLTE / 4G-samtal visas i telefonens inställningar​ och kunde aktivera det.
Lyca ​har helt enkelt inte aktivera​t VOLTE hos​ Lyca/Telenor​ nätverket i Sverige​.

Hello! Is someone there?

I might have previously thought that a company such as lyca could have a bad costumer service or unprofessional. However, I never thought it would become literally scamming. Such a pity and shame but I subscribed for one month for an offer that felt too good to be true and so was the case because I could not call nor renew the subscription. I tried to contact the company on uncountable occasions and not a single response beside the automatic replyer thanking me for my mail. Which made me go bananas ofc. I'm not sure what the company has to say about this because it is beyond acceptable to ghost costumers.

Absolutely not recommended experience to my worst enemies.

Very poor customer service – no response to address change request for over 2 weeksfor…

I have been a Lycamobile customer for several years, but I am very disappointed with the customer service right now.
On December 18, 2025, I emailed lycamobile to request a change of my registered/billing address. I included all required details (phone number, personal ID, old and new address) and attached proof of the new address as requested on your website.
More than two weeks have passed (including the Christmas and New Year holidays), and I have received no confirmation, no reply, and the address has not been updated in My Lycamobile.
I have also tried calling customer service multiple times but only faced extremely long waiting times (30+ minutes) with no answer. The online chat is difficult to reach a real person.
This delay is causing problems for me, and it should be a simple administrative update.
I kindly ask Lycamobile to urgently check my request from December 18 and either complete the address change or contact me with an update as soon as possible.
Thank you – I hope this can be resolved quickly.

Undvik som pesten.. bara lurendrejeri.
Tecknade 120gb surf o fria samtal i mån.
Kunde kanske ringa 5 samtal sen händer inget när jag försöker ringa , har suttit i samtal i timmar utan komma fram till kundtjänst. Mailat dom utan svar. Fått 2 svar via facebook med 14 dagar mellan svaren. Nu fick jag nästa månads faktura som skulle vara 99 kr men stod att dom skulle dra 340 kr. Anmäl till Arn och konsumentverket om ni blivit lurade.

Lyca mobile stopped making voice calls…

Lyca mobile stopped making voice calls on my GOOGLE PIXEL 6 A.
I bought a new phone SAMSUNG GALAXY S 23 PLUS.
I tried to transfer my E SIM and my lyca mobile package to the new phone , it is not possible.

I have eraised E SIM on the old phone, it says on the old phone that is installed on the new device and on the new device I cannot install it says that it is installed on the other device.

I cannot use my package now almost a month.

I sent 2 emails before, no answer.
It is not possible to talk to talk to customer support.
And I am sure that the money will be withdrawn for the current month, while I can not use the services.

Otrevlig och ohjälpsam, extremt okunninga.

Från och med 4-dec 2025 kan jag inte ringa eller ta emot samtal. Ingen hjälp från kundtjänst, du sitter i kön 1 timme och därefter att din mobil inte stödjer 4g. Jag har 3 mobiltelefoner och alla har 4g/5G, fungerar bra med Telenor och Tele2 men Lycamobile säger att jag måste byta mobiltelefon. Man har inte publicerat listan över vilka telefoner som skulle fungerar. Vid fler frågor, avslutar de bara samtal. Har ringt många gånger och skrivit email till kundtjänst och till deras complaints mail-adress, inget svar allt. Inget sätt och kunna kontakta någon annan och få hjälp.
Extremt ohjälpsam och otrevlig kundtjänst, utöver att de är okunninga. Samtal fungerar fortfarande inte. Anmäler till ARN.

Undvika på hur som helst!

Jag köpte en resesim för min pappa som ibland kommer från Ukraine att besöka oss.

Först, fungerade väldigt dåligt med konto-forvaltning - båda hos appen och webben.

Sedan, det är även värst med gömda abonnemangen - om man missar något checkmark (efter flera försök att tanka), det kan ta pengar för många år, även om sim finns inte längre sedan.

Slutligen, det är komplett hemskt med kundtjänst och försök att annullera abonnemanget om man har SIM inte - även om man skickar dem kvitto från banken, ser de inte att kostnader tas.

Billigt men komplicerat utan någon som helst fungerande kundservice! Beware!

Gjorde en nummerportering från comviq för mer än en månad sen. Provade en påfyllning på Lycas hemsida fredagen den 27 december där numret blev grönt och godkändes för påfyllning med prisplan L. Summan drogs från mitt bankkonto men jag kan inte ringa ut eller använda simkortet (det står endast nödsamtal).

Jag var ute och behövde verkligen ringa och var fast utan uppkoppling ute på en plats långt bort. Ringer jag kundtjänst får jag vänta i en timme utan att komma fram (har provat olika tider)

Jag som tänkte att det skulle bli billigare med Lyca än comviq men sjukt vilken dålig stenålderskundservice lyca har! Jag behöver göra en ansökan för återbetalning för min påfyllning jag aldrig fått nyttja och jag behövde dessutom köpa comviq och fylla på ett annat nummer som nödlösning, men det är omöjligt att nå dem!

Worst system and customer service ever!

I actually ported my number to Lycamobile after buying one of their subscription for christmas. The experience Has been one of the worse. First when I ordered the subscription, I received the wrong sim card at home and couldn't activate my subscription. After 3 hours of waiting in line for support that kept disconnecting during our calls we finally find out that I had received the wrong sim card so I cancel and buy an esim to avoid issues. Then I activate the subscription and finally I was ready to port my number from telenor and so I did. they decide the porting during the holidays which is a terrible idea! Of course the old number gets deactivated and 4 days later I have not my nr and I spent 4 hours on the customer service to try and figure it out. Everytime I get connected after these long queue times, the calls get disconnected before I get a chance to even finish explaining my problem. So I can't solve my issue, I have no number, I am losing important calls and potential business because of this. What was I thinking switching to this company! Worst system and customer service ever!

Beställde julerbjudande

Beställde julerbjudande, går bara att surfa och skicka sms. Ringa fungerar inte, erhålla koder för volte fungera inte att läsa in. Varför behöver man använda volte när man har 4g? Byta till esim fungerar inte, efter man fyllt i alla uppgifter och godkänt med erhållen kod, så får man göra om proceduren igen utan resultat. Svarar inte på mail. Vad jag förstår har de lagt in en spärr, därför svarar de först efter 57 minuter på kundtjänst, och då erhåller man ett nonsens svar.
Gällar 767442832 Fick ett autogenererat svar igen, kontakta oss igen om inte problemet är löst. Det är det enda man erhåller från det bolaget

I am extremely angry and disappointed…

I am extremely angry and disappointed with Lycamobile Team. After they charged my bank account without authorization, they told me to send email so they could ‘resolve’ it. I emailed twice on 7 December and have received absolutely nothing back. No reply, no update, no acknowledgement. It’s insulting to be told to contact a support channel that clearly doesn’t respond. This feels like a deliberate tactic to look helpful publicly while ignoring customers privately. Shame on this company.

Dear lyca team, if you don't respond to the email intentionally, why you reply here and tell the victims to send you an email?

I paid for a service to be able to call…

I paid for a service to be able to call and message. However, I was only allowed to call and message certain numbers. When I called to talk to customer service, the woman who answered was rude and claimed that I had not been a customer despite the fact that I've been a customer for 3 years. Also, before I got to speak with customer service, I was forced to wait about half an hour

The only reason they even got a star is because I got free 5 GB sometime ago.

Värsta mobilföretaget av alla. Omöjligt att få kontakt med om du skulle behöva hjälp med något. Dålig produkt och lockerbjudanden för att lura in folk och sen inte hålla vad dom lovat.
