Skamlöst företag – brutet löfte och inkompetent kundtjänst
Detta företag är ett skämt. De gav mig en rad felaktig information varje gång jag ringde och avbröt mitt paket eftersom de misslyckades med att använda det för betalning en gång när min bank hade problem med tusentals kort, med löfte om att de skulle försöka med betalningen igen innan mitt paket gick ut. Det gjorde de inte, och "det finns inget de kan göra" längre för att återaktivera mitt paket. Så nu blir jag istället en lojal kund hos en annan leverantör, för lite mer pengar visserligen men med en mycket bättre kundupplevelse.

Lycca är bäst de har verkligen marknaden bästa priser och personalen är så grymma och hjälpsamma. Dina och bilal hjälpte mig och löste så jag kunde aktivera mina samtal igen. Ibland behövs det bara och förstå hur de jobbar och ha tålamod så får man hjälp.
