This companies phone number on their website directs you to another number and a different email address. Very frustrating when you wish to return an item. Finally returned the item a week ago, still no response that they have received it all though I can see by the Evri tracking number it’s been delivered

Can't get hold of them by email or phone to arrange a return.
Very frustrated. Never had this with any other company I've ordered from.

This company cannot by trusted! They offer next day delivery but do not deliver. They ignore ALL of your correspondence. They do not answer calls and will not cancel your order. They will happy take your funds though. A claim will be made with my credit card company. This company should be closed down by trading standards. I will be writing to Trading Standards!

Trying to get 2 refunds don’t answer emails or the phone. Shocking service and company. Don’t touch. Go direct to meaco

I have a Meaco dehumidifier which I feel was miss sold to me due to the fact that it cannot be used in a room with a naked flame . I have tried without success to contact Love shopping both by phone and email but have received no response at all , absolute silence , nothing. The Meaco brand seems to be split somehow between Loveshopping and themselves , which makes it all the more difficult to get them to face up to their responsibilities to customers, customer care does not appear very high on their list of priorities. I do not reccomend , avoid at all costs.

I ordered a light switch from the website and received my item within 2 days. The order was well packaged for transit but one small quibble that the plate was missing its retaining screws as the manufacturers packaging was open, this didn’t impact my work as I carry 100s of spares (with flat heads!!). I chose this company because the price was very compared to any other retailer. Keep up the good work!!

I was worried when I saw that the receipt and emails were from Love Shopping Direct because of reviews here.

But it was all fine and super smooth.

It was the best price for a Meaco Dehumidifier, and it was very fast free delivery.

Ordered at 5:15pm on Tuesday
Arrived at 10am next day

I was kept up to date with emails from DPD, Meaco Dehumidifiers.co.uk, and this parent company -Loveshopping Direct.

Bought a Meaco dehumidifier from Big on Electricals and the order was processed by Love Shopping Direct all has gone well, the unit was well-priced and arrived in good time though it would have been nice had they replied to my email and that would have given them five stars. So minus one for poor coms.

I was worried at first having never heard of loveshopping Direct and it was a mistake how I came to order my meacoDry Arête 12 from them But they have come up trumps the service has been excellent.my only grumble is they didn’t reply to my email but maybe it was because the machine was on its way. So far we have only been using the machine one day it’s very good we have had Meaco machines before This is definitely the quietist one which is important as we use it at night. I might send another review at a later date on its performance to help buyers

Just taken delivery of a dehumidifier that on checking was incomplete. Tried phoning customer services five times and each time was left waiting for about two minutes before being informed that customer services closed at 3 pm and was cut off this was at 2.30pm It was only on the sixth time that I finally got to speak to an advisor and what a waste of time that was. I contacted Meaco direct and the service given by their customer department was so much more helpful and professional. I will never use or recommend Love Shopping Direct again.

Browsing for good electrical prices came across these guys.
Gave them a ago to be honest I expect things to go wrong for a next-day delivery, the world is not as fast as it use to be.

Bought a heater panel, it was damaged! Sent photos of the damage which was heavily marked around the control panel. Was offered £3.65 discount to keep it, what a joke, so arranged to have it picked up. The collection was arranged with DPD who also originally delivered it. Collection was on Monday 17th April 2023, it was collected and a receipt was given. The following day Tuesday the 18th it was returned back to me by DPD, the staff had messed up a simple task and put my address as the return instead of theirs. They lied and said that DPD had attempted another collection on Tuesday 18th, how can this be true when they redelivered it. I contacted DPD and they confirmed that they have no record of an attempted delivery on Tuesday 18th only a redelivery. Another collection was scheduled for Thursday 20th, no email was sent to me from DPD to confirm this, when I phone DPD they had no record of a collection boooked in. Even another collection has been scheduled for Friday 21st. I can confirm that DPD has sent me a email about the collection. How can such a simple task be so difficult, I hope that a full refund will be given, the price I payed. I do have an email from the manageress on duty to confirm this at the start, but I wouldn't be surprised if they try to deduct whatever they can for DPD coming back and forth. If they do I have all the records needed and will give this total sham story to their local paper and take it further if I have to, legally.

My wife ordered from this company on the pretext it was next day delivery, clearly they most be using a courier service that has NOT read this promise.
If you want a speedy efficient service avoid this company.

Dishonesty continues never claimed to have PAID FOR DELIVERY IT WAS IN THE SALE NOTES dpd tracking service showed it arriving at Honiton depot and being returned to sender 2 hours later it never left their depot for delivery. JUST TELL THE TRUTH .

Boiler broke doun and noticed this delogi dragon 4 oil filled radiator and I needed quick delivery noticed cheap 2 to5 day delivery took a chance hoping to get it within 2 days and it arrived realy quickly within 2 daysand at a good price

I pre-ordered a Meaco 25L dehumidifier on the 21st Jan. I didn't expect to receive the dehumidifier for a while as it's been out of stock everywhere. I received the dehumidifier only 7 days later on 28th Jan. Very pleased with the fast delivery and would recommend this company.

I pre-ordered from Love Shopping Direct a Meaco 20L low energy Dehumidifier on 23rd December and was told expected delivery 14th jan then received an email on the 13th jan that it had been dispatched and received it 15th. Great service from both delivery couriers (DPD) and Love Shopping Direct.

I ordered a Meaco dehumidifier on Tuesday afternoon, and it was delivered on early Wednesday afternoon precisely in line with the delivery courier's forecast delivery window. Very impressed with both the product, which is running now, and the speed of delivery. Well done to all involved.

Awful service! I ordered a Meaco dehumidifier in December using PayPal. They were quick enough to take my money but no delivery.
I’ve tried calling them - recorded message.
I’ve tried emailing them- no reply.
I’ve tried live chat (the recoded message advised to do this) - guess what? No reply!!!!!
I’m in the process of getting my money refunded through PayPal.

I teach customer service for a college and will be using this experience in my lessons of how not to deliver good customer service.

Ordered from this company via ManoMano on the 14th of a Dehumidifier which they said I would receive between 15th-19th yet I kept checking to see when it would be shipped only to find out 2 days later and in the evening that they are refunding. No message sent to me. I have been sending messages via email, messenger and directly from my account to find out and eventually told this morning that they are out of stock YET they are still advertising as In Stock and now I have to wait 10 days for my refund when I need this money to purchase elsewhere
