I had purchased the car only two weeks ago from a VW dealer at Basingstoke. I was not happy with way I was treated by them with regards to the car. Aa few days after bought it I found the air vent on the passenger side was broken and the washer bottle was leaking. I informed the dealer but got no responce from my e mails. I therefore decided to take the car to VW Lookers at Guildford .I had a VW before and I knew I could trust them.I had a few problems which they sorted out for me. They took the stress out of my worry about the repairs. I had completly different experience to the dealings I had at the other dealers. I would like to commend the service person at Lookers of Guildford VW Jordon Brown he was helpful ,understanding and restored my faith in VW dealers. He took charge of my repair and it was done within 2 days. He is an asset to the dealership and I commend him.

Dan made the whole process go smoothly and kept me very well informed. 5 star service as always!

Apart from Ryan who has been highly professional throughout I am sadly unimpressed by my first interaction with VW. Slow and expensive diagnosis followed by delays “while we check with central VW on error messages” meant that despite spending £2600 I have not got a fully working car and am now simply waiting for VW to sort. No timeline and very little customer focus felt here. I expect they will try and charge me more but for a fault which seems common enough if you look online - I am sadly hugely underwhelmed.

Great experience with Dan at Audi! He really went out of his way to make sure I got the car I really wanted. I felt no pressure at all and he made sure I was able to take my time . So happy with my new car !

I had a very good experience with Guildford Audi. I recently bought an Audi Q8 from them and they were incredibly accommodating throughout the process. I dealt with George from sales from test driving the car to settling a price and sorting delivery. He was really helpful from start to finish and very accommodating - I was away with work during the process and he was very patient and made the experience feel stress-free and easy. I’m very happy with the service he provided and would definitely recommend him and the dealership to others.

I purchased a new Audi A3 from Guildford Audi and could not have received a better service. They invited customers purchasing new vehicles with the new 2026 plate to a breakfast when picking up their cars, which was a lovely touch. The sales person I dealt with could not have been more helpful, from just looking at a new vehicle right through to purchase and collecting the car. They also guided me through all the documentation to be signed. I could not recommend them enough.

David Taylor was pleasant, knowledgable and helpful throughout. He gave us direct answers to our questions and was accessible, even on his day off, to help complete the sale.

I wouldn’t recommend Guildford Audi based on my experience. I ultimately purchased my car from Farnborough Audi, where the service was far superior.

At Guildford, we dealt with Jidu, who repeatedly pushed us toward a brand-new car rather than listening to what we actually needed. After we informed her that we had found and purchased the right car at Farnborough Audi, her response was disappointing. Instead of remaining professional or congratulating us, she focused on the lost commission and emailed: “The car is part of our stock and we could have sold it to you but never mind!”

In my view, this response reflected a clear lack of professionalism.

There were no appointments when we arrived so the finance manager asked us questions and apologised the everyone was tied up. From looking at used cars we went on to buy one from the showroom! Exceptional service from George, who went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience for my daughter and grandson. He was very kind, thoughtful and listened, remembering small details. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to both the Finance Manager and George, a credit to Audi
