I would highly recommend Stirling Audi. All staff very friendly & easy to deal with. Nabeel was fantastic throughout the whole process. He kept me updated at all times & went above & beyond to ensure a smooth process. Coffee & shortbread were winners too!!

My sales consultant Stephen Corbett from Stirling Audi was truly excellent from start to finish. He went out of his way to make sure that my experience was as pain feee as possible. I had to fly up from Hertfordshire and he drove all the way Edinburgh to collect me, made me feel like the whole experience was special. I even had a special unveiling which for a used car (albeit only a year old) was very special, the car felt and looked brand new. I cannot commend him enough for giving me such a special experience and for his professionalism. I honestly would go all the way to Stirling to buy another car off him when the time comes.

My RS6 recently went in to Stirling Audi for a service having been recommended by others. I was looked after by Jon Lugget. Fantastic service and attention by Jon who delivered a 5 star experience and who couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. Well worth the 120 mile round trip from East Lothian.
The car unfortunately had to recovered a couple of days later as it suffered an immobiliser issue (non Audi) and again Jon stepped up and delivered undertaking to take the car that afternoon and undertake a diagnostic within 48hrs. It should be noted that my local Edinburgh Audi dealership were less than helpful in this regard so I will be continuing to use Stirling Audi for both my future Audi servicing requirements and next new car purchase.

Ross was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and always the consummate professional. I hope all Lookers staff are of the same ilk.

Visited the AUDI Stirling branch to view a new car via a Part exchange PCP contract. Sales consultant Kathryn Burnett spent some time finding the exact vehicle that met my requirements and talked me through the process of closing my existing PCP contract and entering into a new agreement. Kathryn provided comprehensive instructions regarding signing Audi finance and online paperwork. The car was ready for collection on the agreed time & date where all handover documentation was processed and all queries were answered to my satisfaction. The presentation of the car was excellent and the sales manager took some time to ensure I was satisfied with the service.
Kathryn showed first class product knowledge as she took some time to talk me through the operating instructions of the car features.
The whole sales process was carried out in a friendly courteous professional manner and I would be happy to recommend the branch to others.

The sales executive I dealt with was very professional and informative which made the whole experience very relaxing and enjoyable.
