Super super easy to deal with. Quoted for the job within 30 mins for a same day pick up and delivery. Cant fault the service. Paulina, who managed my job, was brilliant - would definitely use them again.

I was in need of a "man and a van" service as I had a bit of stuff left over from a move. After going through a handful of services, London Man Van stood out to me as they had a transparent pricing and an easy to book service. Paulina did a great job answering all of my questions during the booking.

The day of, the driver showed up on time and worked with me to get everything loaded and took great care with my delicate items. I also booked with the service to ride with the truck which saved me on an Uber/Taxi.

For any of my moving or removal needs in the future, LMV will be my first pick.

Kacper was very polite, courteous, and took good care of the furniture. Even rebuilt furniture they had to dismantle. Completed the job in a reasonable amount of time, and stayed until the job was completed. Would recommend.

Manuel was genuinely super sweet and very helpful - made my other stressful moving experience so delightful. He was on time, was very quick and collaborative while loading, drove really carefully and was patient through figuring out the setup at the new place. Very grateful for the support I had on the day. Paulina was also lovely to organise and follow up on the service! Would highly recommend and will definitely use their service the next time I move as well!

We used London Van Man twice for an event in London – they were fantastic! Very easy to select/arrange collection times. Drove straight to the venue so no delays. Brought straps etc so all our kit was secured safely, plus sack trolleys. The team were fantastic. Great communication to notify us when they were due to arrive. Pricing was competitive too. Will definitely be using again. Thank you!

After speaking to the lovely Paulina I booked a van to move my daughter from one room to another in London.

The first man turned up and realised they needed a bigger van so within the hour a new van arrived with Alan and another man to help.

My daughter is autistic so wary of new people touching her things (but it was a quick move and we needed help). The guys were amazing and my daughter said "mum they were like angels sent to help me"

The team were efficient, quick, helpful and very friendly but mindful that she was a young woman on her own! Thanks top the team for all your help.

We will definitely be using you for all of our future moves.

My second move with them, as expected from the first time everything went smoothly, things were loaded/unloaded quickly and with care. Sebastian did an excellent job can't recommend LMV enough

Booked to help collect some items from my recently deceased mother's house prior to sale. A few pieces of furniture, 2 large old paintings and a few boxes - not much.

They arrived 3 and half hours late. I offered to supply packing materials for the large items but was informed by the crew they would wrap in blankets and secure fast during transit

During transit damage inflicted on a large oil painting (1220 x 920mm) that went well beyond what would be considered transportation wear and tear - it suffered a huge knock, forcing the picture (oil on board) out of it’s frame, tearing the adhesive backing and seriously denting the image, with a significant section of paint scraped off the face of the subject - basically destroying it. There was absolutely no way that this would have been unnoticed by the crew, yet they chose to conceal it from my wife when they delivered.

When I returned home at 9pm I discovered the damage and informed them of it the following morning, one of the reasons given for them not taking responsibility was that I was late in informing them. They refuse to compensate, saying it's my fault for not taking their advice and using ‘appropriate professional packing’ - they did not advise at any point and were well aware of what they were transporting - regardless, the destruction was entirely due to negligence. Which they refuse to take responsibility for. Don't use them.

Really easy to organise a van for my move, super friendly help over the phone and almost instant answers to questions via whatsaapp. Guys were very quick and efficient moving too.

The start time ended up being delayed by quite a while (2-3 hours) due to a previous appointment overrunning. I did get a call earlier in the day to say it would be a bit late, but it wasn't made clear it would be a multi hour wait. It went smoothly enough after it turned up. The driver helped me load and unload.

I’ve used them twice now and genuinely both Sebastian and his colleague are great guys who are helpful, arrive on time and incredibly friendly. They both are an asset to the company and Paulina is always responsive and helpful. They are a good company that provide a great service.

Great customer service from Paulina and fantastic help from Sebastian during the move, who is both good at his job and a good guy.

Also, cheaper than the competitors. No complaints.
