Vertigo Transport Ltd Recensioni

Good communication and very efficient and thorough service

Extremely satisfied with everything - from first contact, collection and packing and the return delivery. Highly professional, friendly and good value.

Recently used Vertigo Transport for the second time to enable our house move, and once again am very glad I did. Their service was excellent - from initial contact, quotation, understanding as it took a while to achieve exchange of contracts, then carefully pre-packing, and their moving team working incredibly hard whilst also being friendly on the big day. Highly recommend.

Really happy with this service! Can probably find a cheaper one but these guys are a class act.

Excellent - Niko & team wee punctual, careful & helpful! From packing to disassembly to reassembly they made our move as smooth as possible. Thank you!

I received a good removal service from Vertigo Transport Ltd. They are very efficient and professional and Boban was helpful and clear about the planning of my move, especially doing all the packing on one day and then conducting the move the following day, which is far preferable. Unfortunately there was a last minute hitch on removal day as the friendly removal men didn’t conduct a final check with me that all the cupboards had been emptied. Two cupboards in the kitchen hadn’t been and they left my old home without telling me! I had to retrieve the items left behind a few days later from the estate agent of my old home. Otherwise all went well.

The whole team from scheduling to picking up the leftover boxes was creative and flexible. There were some complicated furniture maneuvers, which the team managed without a squeak. They were fast careful, accommodating. I couldn't have been happier. This is our third move with vertigo, and they will certainly be our go-to for the next one.

Amazing service from Vertigo
The team provided with excellent service throughout, from quotation to boxes removal: excellent responsiveness (thank you Boban!), punctual and the team was very careful with wrapping and handling. Nothing broken, nothing lost - a London to London move turned around very swiftly.
I highly recommend Vertigo's services

We had a really excellent experience with Vertigo - they did a competitive quote, and then delivered brilliantly. They were lovely guys who worked hard and communicated clearly the whole way through. Would strongly recommend.

I cannot recommend Vertigo enough

Vertigo were fantastic from beginning to end. Yasmina was prompt, friendly and professional at getting us booked in and getting everything arranged. Nico and his team of movers were brilliant - careful and considerate, packed brilliantly, on time, friendly and really efficient. We couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience with them. They even collected their boxes promptly once we’d had a chance to unpack. Book them now!

Great service again from Vertigo Transport - efficient, friendly, considerate movers you can trust.

I cannot recommend them enough. Friendly, efficient, safe, well priced

The team arrived exactly on time, were professional, friendly and expedient. Would highly recommend!

The team made our move seamless, with everyone so friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

After 37 years of not moving home we felt it was time to give it a try, and boy are we glad we stumbled upon Vertigo to do the packing and the heavy lifting. Team A came over the day before and 4 guys took our house apart like a whirlwind, wrapped up everything that wasn’t moving or breathing and stuck it into boxes before loading up two medium sized vans they had parked outside. Team B came in early on moving day itself, this time 5 guys with a really big van, and finished loading in a couple of hours. By 11am they drove off - leaving us standing on the sidewalk thinking “so this is what it’s like with no home and no possessions”. A few hours later on the other side of town we watched Team B in reverse whirlwind mode as they loaded the entire contents of 3 vans into our new house at high speed. All this and on a day when it bucketed with rain. Here are a few adjectives for what it felt like to be moved by Vertigo: cheerful, efficient, quick, able, polite, organised, helpful, and drenched. 37 years from now, when we move next time, we will turn to Vertigo again. All in all, about as good as it gets.

If you’re looking around for quotes and reviews, stop here and just book Vertigo as you won’t find better. We were recommended them by a friend and I’m so glad we hired them. Nico and his amazing team moved us into storage before Christmas and then into our new house in the new year with no trouble whatsoever. Furniture was disassembled and reassembled and all safely wrapped. The price was also the same or slightly better as other quotes we got. We also enjoyed the stories of celebrity house moves they’d done in the past. Amazing service, thank you all so much.

The movers were great and made the moving experience as easy as possible.
