I have always been well attended by the Link people, especially the lady with soft voice.
She understood my financial situation and set up a monthly payment agreement to settle my debts.

Reiss was very helpful and professional

I have had yet another set of generic letters from this company & still no response. I don't do phone calls esp in regards to finances, as I need everything in black n white. This protects me as well as the company. Yet they don't respond. I must have sent them 20 emails now - I just get the generic automatic response.
Use the portal to login etc - I can't as you say the info I am giving you doesn't match your records. OK well what isn't matching - I can't change it - I can only work with what I am given.
You see all these positive reviews about this company but I bet they are mostly fake.

This isn't the first time you have contacted me and asked for information.. I have passed this over with a detailed write up about the issue & the response I got was - we are sorry you can't reset your password.. Its not a password issue - its the information you hold on the account isn't lining up with the info I have issue.. You are not listening to me at all.. The amount of stress you have caused me over such a pathetically small debt (£2 50) - you should write it off & learn to listen to your customers & improve your service.. I have been fighting with you for months now, all due to not being able to login as your system says you can't match up the details.. I refuse to setup a DD from my personal account with your details as in reality I don't know who you are. I will only do it through your portal, a secure system, yet you can't get it working..

I can’t remember the gentleman’s name that helped me (Sheffield branch) but he was really nice and helpful. Thank you for being so understanding and not judgmental as I set up my payment plans.

I can not make any payments to this account that I have got with link financial every time l try to pay lm ether redirected to something else on your website and can not use the text message links to pay online the online portal dose not work either completely useless way to try and pay something online. Then I end up getting upset and frustrated when l can not make the payments online l have tried calling on the telephone just to wait for 45 minutes then the call gets disconnected.

Jack was very friendly and helpful.He sorted my problem out without bias and helped me a lot.

Terrible company and NEVER respond!
I contacted them back in October 25 to explain my circumstances had changed and wanted to change my repayment plan, they never responded or came back to me!
Submitted a complaint which was upheld and compensation issued! I was told they would contact me about setting up a plan and they never did.. I have been chasing since beginning of December and no responses.. they keep threatening me.. disgusting company.
My complaint is now being handled by the financial ombudsman..
Companies like this shouldn’t exist they don’t help you.. quick to harass but never, ever respond when you want to speak to them! Absolutely useless!

UPDATE - STILL NO CONTACT FROM ANYONE IN THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!

I called them as I was told an account had been moved to them but I had not received details. They confirmed the account had been moved but they did not have my correct address, so I didn't receive their letter. (Not my fault as the old account had the correct address as I had it for years without issues) I updated my address with them then they said they would send me an email instead, as well as another email asking me to leave a review. I received the email for the review, the link of which I am using now, but did not receive any further emails from them so am now no further on than I was when I called and still do not have the information I requested. Note to their customer service - if you want a good review, deal with the issue before asking for a review. Crazy.

I sent 3 lots of letter over 6 weeks asking for deed of assignment to show proof they bought the debt, which legally requires 2 signatures from the seller of debt and 2 from the buyer. Yet they still haven’t or couldn’t provide me with the deed of assignment, in the court of law this must be provided to prove a debt is owed….yet they continue to harass me with continuous letters of demand. The debt is statute barred and still chasing a debt that no longer exists. I will NOT and shall NOT respond to any false demands from this company. I even sent a letter to Selina Burdell back in February on the 4th and I still have not heard from her. FOS will have a field day with this complaint.

Hannah was really nice. I have an invisible same disability which impacts on my cognition. She has made notes for future calls and made sure I was ok to go ahead with the process.
