Very professional
Very professional very polite nice man. Had a service on boiler he checked all the smoke alarms as well . Would recommend Liberty gas .

Disgraceful behaviour from van driver
Not a client, but encountered one of their van drivers on the road and he was an absolute disgrace - nearly rammed our car, refused to let us pull in on a dual carriageway merging to a single due to road works and then did the same again a few moments later before under-taking on a tricky city road. My wife was very distressed! Terrible representation of the company!

The engineer was very polite on time…
The engineer was very polite on time and explained what he was here to do, he was very officiant asked if I had any concerns, the engineer changed carbon monoxide alarm due to being out of date, carried out boiler check and left, leaving the area he worked within clean and tidy, the only issue is Liberty Gas didn't give me 24 hours notice before they arrived, but the engineer was very professional and polite.

Gentleman came to do the gas safety…
Gentleman came to do the gas safety check. He was very polite. He let me know what he was going to do, said he would be testing the smoke alarms, and he'd let me know when he's doing it, and he did. Left everything clean.
