Overall satisfied
People I spoke to were very helpful and ordering on line is very simple. Unfortunately on the day I tried to order there was a problem with the system which would not accept my discount code and it was very difficult to get through on the phone. However once I did manage to speak to someone they explained there was a system issue that would be fixed in 10 minutes, which it was. Other than that delivery was fast and people I did speak to were really good.

Lencarta - Poor service, even worse delivery.
Ordered a speedlight on 26/08/23 with a quoted delivery of 15/09/23, now the 25/09/23 and still not even dispatched. I contacted Lencarta and they said:
"We regret to inform you that due to an unforseen and severe error with our courier, the stock for your order has been by several days until the 25th September at the latest."
Zero management of expectations and the customer service team did nothing to rectify this, they didn't even proof read the email to correct the spelling mistakes and missing words. Wouldn't use them again based on this experience.

Due to a severe courier error this was delayed and we were informed quite last minute in all cases. We can only apologise and hope that if you do use our service again in the future we can provide a service more accurate of our abilities.
