Having bought several flashes and a receiver we have been absolutely delighted with your customer service and after sales service also, most especially from Laura who has been so helpful each and every time we have a question or need any advice. When ready for our next purchase we will definitely be buying from Lencarta again as in this day and age it is so refreshing that a company puts so much emphasis and work into customer satisfaction and care.

Ordered £500+ of lighting equipment on 8 March. Paid in full by credit card immediately. Dispatch was promised in 3–15 working days.
After 17 working days - nothing. No shipping, no tracking, no email. I had to chase them myself. They said stock was delayed and would arrive "next week." That was 31 March.
Two more weeks passed - again nothing. No update, no apology, no proactive communication. Just silence, now chased them a second time asking for a refund this time.
Lencarta had my money for over a month with no intention of delivering. They only respond when you push. If I hadn't followed up, I'd still be waiting without a word.
Just be aware if you're ordering from here - you might end up waiting months with no updates at all.

I purchased a godox ad300 from Lencarta in June 2023, it developed a problem so I got in touch to relay the problem, the response was swift and within days the unit was on its way to the UK. It transpired that it was a capacitator it was duly repaired and although the warranty had expired a few weeks previous they covered the repair cost, would highly recommend Lencarta for their quality of service, thanks again.

Got a great deal from Lencarta and delivery was very prompt. There was a bit of a mix up over email offers but the company responded quickly and honoured the deal. Have used them before and will do so again.,

I needed a particular Godox Speedlight but it seemed to be out of stock everywhere, that is until I contacted Lencarta. Right product, right price swiftly delivered, what more could I ask.

Would have given 5 stars, but I was not kept informed of when they would recieve the item. As theynalready had my money I was concerned as this was my first purchase from them. Other than that the service was 1st class.

It was quickly processed and shipped right after I placed my order online, and the Neewer 660 Pro I bought arrived on the right day. The best part is I got it at a cheaper price compared to other sellers.
