Very happy with my recent purchase
Very happy with my recent purchase. Buying process went really smooth and delivery quick and efficient. Having purchased from these guys previously I was happy to go again without hesitation with them. Preordered godox on camera flash which was on offer after a couple of weeks wait the flash was quickly delivered ( note I did chase up the purchase on their chat line to check if items were in stock and got a quick and courteous response) Flash is excellent value and should work with the off camera flash I purchased from Lencarter a year ago

They have a good lad called James in customer service but basically a dreadful company. No communication re a late order not once but twice. I had to chase them up . Will never buy again

Recent purchase : great experience
I’ve bought from Lenncarta and has service repairs from them and I’ve never been disappointed or let down. Comms are excellent whether by email or phone. Items always packed well. Had a few issues with their preferred courier but that’s the other company’s issues. Highly recommend Lencarta

Great Communication and Super Value for Money
Lencarta has always been so easy to deal with when it comes to repairs. They've repaired countless Godox flashes I've broken. Without them, a £50 odd repair would be a new purchase at hundreds of £s. Their email communication is always really easy as well and they keep you well informed.
