Great service
Needed to upgrade firmware on Godox v860ii nikon speedlite. Couldn’t do what should be a 2 min job on my pc. Sent to Lencarta 3 day turnaround upgraded to v1.9 ttl now works on my z8, note in box “no charge as 2 min job” Thank you !

Dishonest service
Purchased from Lencarta an AD100pro, which arrived in good time. Few months down the line, the flash went blank and did not turn on. I posted the flash back to Lencarta and they returned it working; but it only lasted for an hour or so, before failing again. I called back to complain and a brand new unit was promised in writing (I have the transcript as evidence). So, I sent my faulty unit back to Lencarta awaiting the arrival of a brand new unit. When the ‘brand new’ unit arrived, it was my old one, but fixed. I call the service team and spoke to the same person again saying that a mistake had occurred as I was promised in writing a brand new flash. He said that he will send me a brand new unit and I should post the one I had back to them. When I posted the unit, I called to give them the tracking number and confirm the brand new unit was on its way, which they confirmed with a positive ‘yes, it is a brand new unit’. Soon after, the ‘brand new’ unit arrived but was a refurbished unit as it had a hairline mark on the screen. I did not call to complain, because at this point, I was convinced Lencarta was doing this on purpose. I would have appreciated some basic respect, honesty, and integrity in their transaction. Poor manners do not win customers over.

We apologise sincerely for any confusion caused by your experience with us. We have replaced your AD100 the first and second time with brand new units each time. Both times of which you could not take a picture of the hairline scratch as indicated and both times we received these back with no faults or hairline scratches. We do sincerely apologise that Godox no longer provide sealing on the screens of these products in order to reduce plastic waste.
We have been polite and transparent in every conversation and we wholeheartedly apologise that you have been disappointed by this transaction.
