Just buying a new house and have been told my water supplier is now Leep Utilities ! I spoke to the lovely Sarah who was very friendly and helpful, she set up my a/c and explained everything brilliantly , a pleasure to deal with .

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, nearly 4 weeks since moving in and we still have to water account, nodody is replying to the emails and when you ring up they just said i will be emailed when the account is set up and that they cant search the through the emails they have to set up accounts. What sort of a company is this!!!! Avoid like a plague!!! Servern trent beat these hands down! You cant even make a complaint as the number they want you to use is the same one everyone has to ring and i was waiting for an answer for 35 minutes. Never known a company like it!

Just had the pleasure of speaking with Hannah this morning.
Had a few issues regarding my account and bills. Which was not explained prior to signing up. Hannah quickly explained thoroughly and resolved all issues. It is always daunting when you receive estimates but Hannah explained very well. Great customer service, only issue I would say is they are a little expensive in comparison to other merchants.

Customer Service as it should be!

I had a problem with an estimated water reading for a new account which was far higher than the actual reading. An initial email I sent hadn't been responded to - so I had to phone the customer helpline instead. The assistant helped me login to the online portal and log the true meter reading, worked out a more sensible monthly payment and even set up the Direct Debit payment for an initial monthly charge I was happy with. They really couldn't have been more helpful or patient. Well done Leep Utilities!

Amazing customer service...

Mike (CSR) was truly amazing and helpful. I had an issue with setting up an account and billing, but he rectified it without any problems. He handled the call so professionally. I normally hate having to make calls like this, but he has restored my faith in amazing customer service. So thank you!!! (The wait time was worth it if every customer service was like this).

Patient call handler

The man I spoke to was incredibly patient with me as apart from the account number I didn’t have my final meter reading ready, and he had to wait while I found it, even though I had made the call.

The customer service advisors

The customer service advisors. Tia and Kelly were absolutely brilliant.
I had 2 separate issues with moving homes and closing an account these 2 were my advisors.
Kelly responded to the complaint with empathy and clarity and Tia got the new account sorted quickly once the transfer was complete..
