Good service, no issues

We were with Leep for 3.5 years at our previous house. We never had any issue and they were prompt to resolve any queries we contacted them about. Today I contacted them about our final bill with an updated meter reading and they were very helpful on the phone. I'm not sure if their processes always work seamlessly - we filled in their "move out form" two weeks ago and I'm not sure if this was ever processed, but it seems with a follow up phone call it was possible to resolve it.

Meter wrongly read I recently had an issue with my water…

I recently had an issue with my water bill, but the company investigated it promptly and corrected the mistake without any hassle. Sem was helpful, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the process. I’m now very satisfied with the service and appreciate how quickly the problem was resolved.

It is impossible to contact Leep

It is impossible to contact Leep, terrible customer service and this is my first contact as have a new build. I was on hold for over an hour and had to disconnect.

Good customer service

Good customer service both times with Tia. Warm and friendly. Good follow up emails. Had a small leak in front of the house and it was fixed.

Only (small but meaningful) gape was took a bit of time both times waiting for the call to answer and one continuous same “music”!!!!!

wont take.cheques. horrible. They announced that they don't process…

They announced that they don't process cheques. That I can't pay by cheque. Which is safe and leaves an easy track. Oh no, use card and hope no one is listening..
Update.. they now say I can send a cheque to the company address, write account number on the back. Thanks..

Sem was very helpful regarding my query. We moved into our home 4 months ago and was sent an estimated bill which was rather expensive. Sem helped me locate my water meter so I could get an accurate bill and now I’m actually in credit.

Scary situation resolved remarkably

I had the pleasure of Sam helping me today and he was very happy to help. I had an astonishingly large debt on my account in the thousands so as you can imagine I was rather stressed. Sam spoke to me with great calmness and attention to help resolve the issue. Long story short the original meter reading that had been sent off by the new build estate was incorrect so I resent the correct reading and the bill was hugely decreased. A small error but a large outcome. Sam handled my question and answered them with great clarity and issue was swiftly resolved. Thank you again Sam and thank you Leep Utilities
