Excellent helpline experience

The advisor from Leep, Michelle, was extremely helpful, polite and well spoken. She dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently and follwed up a phone call with a helpful email. I wish this level of service was more common across other utility companies!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called to change the monthly payment…

I called to change the monthly payment as it was too high. I just had to wait for 20 seconds to speak to customer service and they quickly outdared the monthly payments. No much time spent doing this!

Nightmare...

I moved into my new house in February of this year and found out Leep are my water provider. One thing I will say is that the team are helpful and polite, my issue is with Leep and their billing in general. My statement this month shows I used £14 worth of water, but they are charging me £66 for the pleasure!! How on earth does this make any natural sense? When speaking to the team (who I actually cannot fault) they advised that every other quarter, they will take an estimated reading and charge me for that... why on earth would you do that if you know how much I am using, on average, each month? If I had a choice, I would absolutely switch. Their processes make absolutely no sense, but unfortunately I am forced to stick with them...

Easy moving in

After moving in, the role of Leap wasn't clear and online registration for an account had proved difficult. Following a telephone call to Leap everything was sorted quickly and painlessly. Really nice chap talked me through it all and made sure it was all clear and what I wanted.
