Thanks for such a speedy response.

I recently contacted Good Energy concerning a refund from my account balance. I was surprised and pleased to receive a reply almost by return and at a weekend from Donna M. who was happy to make a refund and also explained the policy of maintaining a target balance. I was pleased to learn of this policy which I fully support. Many thanks Donna for your prompt response.

Good energy review

I would definitely recommend Good energy I have just switched too them and it was stress free and easy the advisor took care of everything for me which was good and I have a good feeling that I will be with this company going forward I’m not switching again as I feel happy and relaxed knowing that good energy has my supply

Setting up FIT account

I needed to set up my FIT account following a house purchase which included solar panels. Darren M from the customer team helped me collate various bit and pieces of evidence, explaining everything along the way, to get set up. The process isn't the easier - thanks Ofgem - but Darren really helped and we're up and running.

Feed In Tariff transfer

I had just moved house and the Feed In Tariff needed to be transferred over.

Solution led approach

I did have a problem re tariffs which was at least partly my fault.I contacted by email and by phone to try to rectify.Olivia took my call understood the problem and promised to come back with a solution.It took a bit of time but I have my solution.
I like a ‘solution led approach ‘ which is the basis of all great customer service .
