I have always found Good Energy easy to contact and seem to get through to a real person every time I have had a query. I would not want to risk moving to another supplier in case they did not live up to Good Energy.

I would definitely recommend Good energy I have just switched too them and it was stress free and easy the advisor took care of everything for me which was good and I have a good feeling that I will be with this company going forward I’m not switching again as I feel happy and relaxed knowing that good energy has my supply

Setting up FIT account
I needed to set up my FIT account following a house purchase which included solar panels. Darren M from the customer team helped me collate various bit and pieces of evidence, explaining everything along the way, to get set up. The process isn't the easier - thanks Ofgem - but Darren really helped and we're up and running.

I had questions and was able to deal with Nessa, who was approachable, profession and answered all of my questions quickly (within 24hours of them being sent). I would definitely recommend Good Energy.

I did have a problem re tariffs which was at least partly my fault.I contacted by email and by phone to try to rectify.Olivia took my call understood the problem and promised to come back with a solution.It took a bit of time but I have my solution.
I like a ‘solution led approach ‘ which is the basis of all great customer service .
