I rang to set up my direct debit and to add my partner’s name on the bill. Hannah was extremely helpful and nice to talk to. She swiftly and professionally dealt with my queries. I’m very happy with the service received today.

Rang Leep twice on 9/1 as I had not long moved house. Hannah answered my call both times and she was friendly and helpful. She explained the process to me and checked I understood and had no further questions. She sounded really nice and was so patient with me. I came away feeling heard and reassured. Sem was very helpful and answered all of my questions in detail and helped set up relevant accounts. 4 not 5 stars because it took more than 10minutes to get through as the lines were busy.

I rang leep today as I have a bill and knew I wouldn't be able to pay it until the 22nd. They were very understanding and helpful, and have okay'ed it for me to be able to pay in full on the 22nd.

Got through easily and quickly with small wait time. Spoke to Sem regarding water bill, and he was so helpful. Knew exactly what I meant and wanted to do. Helped me come up with a really reasonable payment amount and explained clearly how it would impact my future bills. Done quickly and efficiently and felt listened to and reassured.
