Great service
The agent I spoke with, was polite, friendly and professional. She accommodated my request and was very efficient.
The only downside is the awful music playing when waiting for the call to be picked. Its a little chaotic, something calmer would be nice to listen too while waiting.😀

I recently set up an account with Leep Utilities and spoke to a customer service agent over the phone. The whole setup process was very easy and smooth. The agent was calm, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Whenever something wasn’t clear, she took the time to explain it again. We managed to set up the account without any issues at all. Very positive experience overall.
