Spoke with Deborah today at Leep

Spoke with Deborah today at Leep - have been paying my water for 12 months on a new build apartment via Southern Water until being told yesterday I should have been paying Leep instead - not happy with SW however Deborah was fantastic, dealt with the issue, put my mind at rest and set the account up with a minimum of fuss and explained things in a simple and helpful way - in a time of generally rubbish customer service it was fantastic to get someone who proved decent customer service still exists :-)

Customer Service Rep Deborah

I recently moved into a flat that uses Leep Utilities and signed up for a new account with Deborah today. She was very helpful in setting up the account for me and giving me an overview of the monthly costs, direct debit scheme and gaining information from the online account.

Don't use electric throw from LEAP

I was given a heated throw. It burnt me and I can hardly move my legs and back and now I've got rheumatic pain all over! I was super fit before using it and had just done a sports class! Also I was told the heated throw would be good for my pet which I googled and it is dangerous for them! I was told that my storage heaters are good. They cost £20 per night and my relatives boss threw them out of a property in 1970s! I have not been given a washer like what is advertised on Leap website either!
