These guys are rubbish

These guys are rubbish. Imagine not having a payment portal for the hot water they charge people for and everything is based off estimation and not an actual meter reading. No records of payment, absolute trash. Feels like they've got just 2 staff back end who send you loads of threatening emails. One of them is called Katy! worst provider I have seen by a mile after oneutility.

After about a ten minute wait, the lady I spoke to was very helpful, undated our account and arranged for the refund due to a credit on the account. Very pleasant phone call.

I’m really happy with the service from…

I’m really happy with the service from Leep Water. Everything has been smooth and reliable, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. What stood out the most to me is the attitude of their staff — always friendly, patient, and willing to help with any questions. It makes such a difference when you feel valued as a customer.

Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend them to others!
