Love the details in the shoes
Love the details in the shoes. I purchased studded chunky loafer. Love it. I have to send this pain back due to the 38 being to roomy. The bow crystal was more narrow. They fits perfect and matches great with the other KG bag I have. The pimlico bag stunning.........

Terrible customer service
Despite holding the highest level within their rewards program, they send merchandise so slowly. Takes over a week to arrive and I live in a major metropolitan city. What a terrible way to treat a loyal customer. No more after this. I’m done with this brand.

I placed my order and it got stuck on…
I placed my order and it got stuck on the confirmation page. I waited for a confirmation message and one didn’t come, so I placed another order. Still no confirmation message. Then much later, I get both confirmation emails. I email immediately requesting to cancel the order because there isn’t an option on the website. I get a response that’s basically “we’ll try to cancel one of them”, but two days later they both ship anyway and now I have to return one of them

I love my sandals
I love my sandals, they are very cute and oh so comfortable. However, I find Kurt Geiger shoes/sandals runs small so I would recommend sizing up.

I have enjoyed many of your products over the years.. but the micro bag that just came is extremely small and the snaps to close the bag do not stay closed. Never shopping here again because why was an item in my order cancelled without notice? Then come to find out it was out of stock before they took my money only to refund me 2 weeks before my trip while still waiting on the other item! Horrible customer service and customer service negligence!
