My order arrived on time but it was…
My order arrived on time but it was missing one bag I bought. It was a very unpleasant surprise for me. Because I really wanted that specific bag.
But the most frustrating part was that Kurt Geiger hasn’t notified me st all that my order shipped only partially. There were zero communication from seller on thus issue. More so the packing slip inside my package with three other Kurt items gad thus bag.
I had to call the customer service line to find out what happened. Representative told me that this bag I was missing in my order was out of stock. But when I was checking out my cart it was in stock and my card was charged for it. And I even got a confirmation email that my order was processed. This is very poor customer service and communication when order has issues. This was a disappointing online purchase experience with Kurt Geiger. But moreover, on Kurt website it still shows that the bag I never received in my order is in stock and available for purchase. Which apparently is not true because a Representative on the phone told me it is out of stock 100%.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that one of the bags from your order was unavailable and that this was not clear when your order was processed. We understand that you had specifically wanted this particular bag and had expected it to arrive with the rest of your order.
Unfortunately, stock can run out while an order is being processed, even if an item was showing as available when the order was placed. We appreciate your comments regarding the website continuing to show the item as available, and our website will be updated accordingly.
We do also send automated notifications to advise customers when an item has been cancelled from an order. These emails can sometimes be affected if our emails are blocked or directed to a junk or spam folder. We’re sorry if this notification did not reach you and that you had to contact our Customer Service team to find out what had happened.
We have highlighted your feedback regarding the stock information, communication and packing slip to the relevant team for further review. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
