I was pleased with the product; however, I bought this as a Christmas gift and it came wrapped in plastic cellophane. I was hopeful for a box like all of my other previous purchases.

I am in LOVE with Kurt Geiger anything! The shoes(slides) I just ordered from their website are sooo amazing. I have 3 of their purses, some of their jewelry(evil eye ring and earrings, etc). I'm 62 and still love fun fashion and KG is definitely FUN! and beautiful. I will keep purchasing from them. Highly recommend! Oh I almost forgot incredibly fast shipping!!

I purchased my bag on September 30 and…
I purchased my bag on September 30 and have yet to receive it. I will not order from this site or company again. I received a tracking number and an estimate delivery date that changed numerous times. at this point I am unsure on whether I will receive it. When I called to request a refund, I was told that I had to wait until the order is processed. Never again.

My shoes are pretty, very comfortable, they fit perfect. I’m planning on purchasing another pair. They were on sale at Dillard’s, but they didn’t have my size. So I had to order them online, a little higher online…but I’m very satisfied.😊❤️🤗🤩

I am disappointed with your customer…
I am disappointed with your customer service rules. Most companies will make exceptions for different things. The last order I made with your company, i bought a purse and it was reduced. Greatly, less than a week later, and you would not give me a credit. Now an error I the wrong size and i'm told I can't get a refund because it's a final sale. There is always an exception to every rule and being a company of means I would think that you could do better but no worries. I will no longer order anything from you. Moving forward.

Although it states your boots run narrow, I can assure you the four pairs of cowboy boots. My wife bought fit perfectly if anything they’re a little big and she has a very wide foot other than that you can’t beat these guys the price the Customer Service is awesome and my wife loves every single piece that we purchased.

I have some issues with my feet
I have some issues with my feet, and honestly, Kurt Geiger is the only brand of heels I can wear comfortably and actually walk in. That says a lot about the comfort and quality of their shoes!
Their delivery service is excellent—free and usually arrives in less than a week. Although they don’t offer phone customer service, their online support responds very quickly, which I really appreciate.
My only disappointment is with the rewards program. The requirements are often too strict.For example, requiring a minimum purchase of $150 to use a reward doesn’t feel fair. The birthday reward also comes with a minimum spending requirement. If it’s meant to be a birthday gift, why should there be a minimum purchase?
Overall, I love Kurt Geiger shoes and appreciate their fast delivery and responsive customer service.I just wish they would make their rewards program more flexible and customer-friendly

Iv spent a lott of money with this company , and I can honestly say everything has been quality. Then I ordered a hatt , and for me the customer service whent shits up. The way iv been treat is disgusting. It gott delivered, butt I never give evri permission iff I was nott in 2 deliver on my stepp. As its on a public footpath. Butt kirt Gieger thinks its toatally exceptable 2 deliver on a public footpath. Disgusting. Iv never received my article.

The app was easy to navigate. There was many sales and offers also a promo code. I love the loyalty reward program by the more you buy a portion is donated and the customer is rewarded.
