My newest shoes and handbag
I love my newest pair of shoes and handbag. My granddaughter and I have been big fans of Kurt Geiger for several years. We've enjoyed wearing such fun, interesting & elegant footwear (shoes and boots), carrying great handbags and wearing backpack purses and backpacks. I was a little disappointed with the most recent shipment because my shoe box was crushed and busted open but thankfully my shoes were not damaged. The new purse is a stylish, soft, buttery leather...really nice! I get compliments on everything I wear or carry of Kurt Geiger because it usually attracts people's attention to its sophistication or whimsical nature. :-)

I still haven't received my order
I still haven't received my order. It’s still en route. I tried to track my order through the app - all my info is stored in there but not my orders. So I had to go back into my inbox to find the order number, but then I saw a Track Order link in the email itself. What a waste of time and technology. And FedEx?? It takes over a week for them to acknowledge receipt of the package, track it, and finally deliver - again, I’m still waiting so I’m being hopeful. I’m assuming you're asking me today because even you think I should have received my order by now.

The ordering process was easy. I received my Kensington bag and it is beautiful. The length was perfect, the leather is soft and I like how the chain/strap can be worn either short or long!

I have placed my order from October 10, 2026 for a friend birthday gift and up until this day I haven’t received my order and am super disappointed, I don’t think that I will ever buy anything else here cause this don’t make any sense at all . I placed the order early enough so her gift would come early enough and yet it still haven’t arrived. Am very much upset. And I have to contacted Kurt Geiger two times before the order could have actually shipped and up to now I still don’t received it .
