I ordered the gifts for my granddaughters 12th birthday
I ordered the gifts for my granddaughters 12th birthday on 10/10/26. The ordered was to be received within 5-7 days. It has now been 15 days and the package still hasn’t arrived. I have called numerous times about the order and just got a FedEx tracking number. It’s now scheduled to be delivered on 10/26/2026. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!

I have placed several orders and so far none of them have shipped on time to arrive within a reasonable timeframe. One order was completely cancelled by you and I was unable to get the bag that I really wanted. The sneakers are just as the photo. They fit good as I sized up from an 8 to 8.5. The sneakers are actually pretty good looking. I have completed the look. I have the purse and the sneakers.

Everything! Please refund my card for $103.88 twice. Your reply was not helpful at all. I have checked the shoe guide and all my shoes are eight and a half and nines. I would suggest to anyone ordering the current Geiger slides to go a size down. These slides look like big wide flat pancakes. At this point right now as of today I have only been credited for one pair that was ordered as a duplicate by a technical error. I return the ones that were mailed to my home because they were not a good fit at all and I explained that earlier in my response. I have not been credited back for that pair yet.
