SCAM. Really bad experience. I purchased a set from this brand more than two months ago and never received it. I reached out to ask about the status, and they told me that because I hadn’t paid a fee (which I was never notified about), my package was returned to their warehouse. If I hadn’t contacted them, I would never have received any update. They said they would refund me, but I’m still waiting—they have now ghosted me and kept both my money and my product. The delivery company is unreliable, and the customer service is inefficient and doesn’t care about helping you. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam.

Would 100% recommend this brand, ordered some swimwear and cover ups for my holidays and they are unreal! Amazing fit and quality. 10/10

I have bought a couple of items from KOKOBAY and have loved all of them. The quality is good, and the designs are beautiful.

Item said delivered. Was not delivered anywhere. Contacted support. They told me to contact the shipper. Shipper’s website broken. Impossible to contact. Multiple follow up emails and no response, no offer of a refund or to ship a 2nd item. Will not do business again.

Wouldn't order from this brand again, customer service is non-existent. I've sent two emails and had no response.

Signed up to restock alerts, was promptly made aware the bikini I wanted was back in stock. The bikini and maxi skirt I ordered are amazing quality, worth the price I paid. Will definitely shop again in the future!

The material feels super luxe and supportive, perfect for lounging or swimming, and the designs are so flattering. I love how confident I feel wearing them. Delivery was fast, everything was beautifully packaged and I’ve already got my eye on a few more sets. I placed an order with Koko Bay and never received my clothes. After chasing them for weeks, they admitted the issue and asked me to file a police report (yes, seriously). I went out of my way to do that and even sent them the reference number as they requested.

They told me they’d send a replacement, but that never happened. Since then, they’ve completely ignored my emails and gone silent. I hope my experience at least prevents this from happening to other people.

Always so happy with my orders, i won’t buy swimwear from anywhere else! Delivery is always quick , quality is amazing and I love everything I have bought from here, definitely a favorite brand🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

I emailed to ask when something would be back in stock and heard back very quickly, and got an email from the brand the day before regarding the restock. Came so quickly, just love this brand!

Package arrived extremely quickly after order (around 2 days). Quality of material is good and it is a very soft dress. Would definitely buy more items. Very affordable also

I had to return an order of 5 items due to poor fitting. I sent the parcel back to the return address with 48 hour tracked delivery (Royal Mail) and got notified by Royal Mail when this arrived.

I did not receive any communication/confirmation that KoKo Bay had received the return until around 3 weeks later when they confirmed a partial refund, not refunding one of the items in the package.

After chasing this up twice, a week later I finally received a response. This was ‘all returns are processed separately so no mix ups can happen, we assure you this item wasn’t in the return we received’

This item was definitely sent in the package however when I asked whether they could confirm that the package was damaged/had been opened prior to delivery they could not tell me.

Funny how they can assure me that the item wasn’t in the package, but cannot remember if the package was damaged and cannot support a claim to Royal Mail.

Would not recommend this brand to anyone, customer service is extremely poor.

Package got lost by Evri which wasn’t their fault but after waiting for it for 9 days and then I sent to the wrong address I have messaged them 4 times and heard absolutely nothing. No reply and no contact. Managing to post on social media every day though!
