Do not trust this company!!! Their service is appalling!
I ordered a bikini for a holiday and was sent the wrong bottoms. The whole reason I ordered online was because I don’t have time to go shopping – I’ve been working 14-hour shifts.
Instead of simply sending the correct item (which was their mistake), I was told I had to print a return label, find a printer, go to the post office, get a receipt, send photos, and then wait for the replacement to be dispatched. I don’t even own a printer, and this was completely unrealistic given the time pressure.
By the time this process was explained, it was too late for the correct bottoms to arrive before my trip. I now have half a bikini for my holiday, which is incredibly frustrating and upsetting.
This was their error, yet all the inconvenience was put on me. I found the customer service rigid, unhelpful, and unreliable. I won’t be ordering again.

Bikinis are an unreal material, they look gorgeous. Bought 2 styles one bra style one and the other a bandeau❤️Came within 3 days. Will be purchasing from here again!

Parcel lost, seller refused refund. I made my order on 24th November for quick delivery and it is now 29th December.
I contacted Evri they confirmed my parcel
had been lost in their network

I sent Kokobay proof of this and I am still yet to receive my refund and they have not been helpful in the slightest in assisting me with a refund for my item I have NOT received.

Do not recommend you order from this company. Will be sharing with friends, family and followers also.

I usually never write bad reviews, especially to small businesses however...

I've ordered twice from this business. Both times my order was incorrect and all I get as a customer is 'Oh apologies, here's a free return label' expecting a customer to walk round in the cold trying to find a Yodel returns store that's open after work.

The first time I ordered, they sent the wrong item out and only were willing to send the correct item out after I returned. I did that, fine. Human errors happen, as inconvenient as it was for me. Fast forward a month, I order a second time and they mess my order up again. This time, I ordered a size 4 top and they sent out a size 14 (due to improper labelling internally...). They just expected me to return the item first in order to get the correct item I originally ordered, when it is their mistake (a second time to the same customer!!) . After going back and forth with the business (the only help I got from them was being sent a screenshot of the closest InPost locker to me, which ended up being wrong because they sent a Yodel return label!) I eventually just said I will keep the item as I don't have the time or energy to be going back and forth via email and walking around trying to find an open Yodel store to return an item which they messed up.
After this, they just ignored my email. They didn't offer a 10% discount on a future order or anything similar to show they cared, just nothing at all. They do not care about their customers. Avoid at all costs, not worth the energy. Absolute shame because their clothes are very nice, but this is not how to treat customers. Out of principle, I will not be ordering from here again.

Never once had a bad experience with Koko Bay, from buying swimsuits to dresses to co-ords, everything looked and fit perfectly. I’ve struggled to find good priced bikinis that suit my figure until coming across this brand. 100% recommend. Xx

Also mein Paket ist noch nicht angekommen, die Klamotten ansich kann ich noch nicht bewerten, aber was ich eine Frechheit finde ist dass ich neben den knapp 10€ Versand, jetzt auch noch 30€ Zölle und Vermittlungsgebühren zahlen muss.

The outfit was slightly different colour in real life but still just as beautiful and got it on Black Friday sale xxx

Awful customer service, sent back a skirt took 4 weeks to acknowledge receipt then refused to refund despite being more than one for sizing. Avoid!

Love love love this brand! Have nearly all the bikinis now and constantly wanting more. Customer service is amazing, had an issue with one of my many bikinis and they sorted as soon as possible. Thank you x
