Kmart botany used to stock the fairyglobe with the base so you could use as a lamp. What is the point of just stocking the fairy globe!! Please kmart get the entire fairy light and base i would definitely buy

SHOPPING IS NO LONGER A GREAT EXPERIENCE BEING LIED AND CHEATED BY THE BIG 3 SHOPS

Really hating ordering from KMART. I rely on deliveries, but KMART uses the worst couriers (please couriers) If i am told the parcel will take 3 weeks before i buy goods fine. But Kmart LIES and tells you it will be up to 5 days then when you query this they start some AI bullshit that due to heavy demands. Either you have the staff or you dont. We really need to get a class action together and sue Kmart, Big W and Target for this sales ploy.

Ordered online for click and collect on…

Ordered online for click and collect on 19 December 2025 and haven’t heard anything back 2 January 2026. Just rang customer service and was told he had no information on update of order and hung up on me.
They are quick to take your money. I should have been notified if delay in order or out of stock but unfortunately I haven’t heard from anyone and now I have to do the chasing around to find it. Such poor customer service.

Will never ever shop online with KMart…

Will never ever shop online with KMart again. Tried twice, each time checked availability at store (even change to pick up at a different store) only to get a refund by email. It is simply not good enough. Absolutely useless website. Queues in store diabolical so honestly I don’t think I’ll ever bother shopping KMart again.

Over the last few weeks have been to Kmart Kippa Ring many times

Over the last few weeks have been to Kmart kippa ring many times picking up little things for things for the grandkids Christmas taking my 93 yo mum who uses cash while i used debit card and most of the gifts were cheap Anko brand things around $5-$10. On Christmas do two of the gifts were not appropriate so my daughter went in today to swap or get a refund and was told due to high theft rate (caused by moronic management moving the register's to the middle of the store leaving a junior at the exit to check everyone's bag when the only scan the docket meaning anyone could walk out with a shitload of crap showing a docket for a few items) now their policy requires a docket or EFTPOS proof of purchase or internet record so they can go back and check the purchase! Who the hell keeps these for a cheap Anko product and my 93yo mum pays cash so no record! I could waste their time making them go back through my internet bank record on Kmart purchase for the last month, but my time is worth more the $5 for the Item! What a pathetic company that has lost my business!

No Exchange for Wrong Size

Bought wrong size clothing item, unable to exchange for the right size with proof of purchase, as Kmart can no longer look up receipt numbers. Went to Kmart Rowville to exchange, staff were great, just stated since April 2024, can't exchange for buying the wrong size.

Kmart online(Ernest)customer care team told me the online shoes was natural and not allow to get a refund online after I sent many photos of the used shoes online.I am confused and be careful if you trust it online.I worked in retail shop before and this used items shall get a refund .But why Kmart sent us an used items?

Jill at Kmart Coomera Westfield is an asset to your company why?
Because nothing is a problem, she goes over and above e.g. there was a drink spilt and 1 girl had already slipped over from it. I tried to find a staff member, but to no avail. I went back and told Jill about it, and she was right onto it.
If Jill is not one of your new staff trainers, i would use her as one, great customer service and nothing is a problem.😀
Coming from a training background of about 20 years, Jill ticked all the boxes for what a company requires to be successful.

This was a genuinely misleading online shopping experience.

At no point before payment was it made clear that I was not buying from Kmart or that the item could not be returned to a Kmart store under Kmart’s standard returns policy. I only discovered this after attempting to return the item.

The third-party seller is now deducting original postage, return freight, and an additional “return handling fee” of $18 per box ($151.80 total). These charges are excessive and completely out of step with reasonable consumer expectations when shopping through the Kmart website.

Customers shop with Kmart because they trust the brand and its stores. That trust is undermined when marketplace transactions are not transparently disclosed at checkout and customers are left to uncover critical information after the fact.

I am extremely disappointed and will be very cautious about purchasing from Kmart online again.

Out of stock & Kmart stopped assembling bikes

Visited Stockland store to buy 2 74cm bikes. At counter cashier said they stop installing bikes as per their Manager. But if I leave the bikes with Kmart they dnt know when they will install it. Cannot promise any fix day, it may be after X-mas. I left and was so annoyed with them that I dnt want to visit them again. Next day I placed order online at Kmart Bundaberg for click and collect. After placing order, website says ready to collect in 2hrs. 289 km away from my home… on the way when I stop the car for rest…I git email stating the order is cancelled. Kmart online sucks

I experienced very bad customer service…

I experienced very bad customer service specialy the negative attitude at Rousehill Kmart last night.
I purchased a laptop sleeve. Its packaging was bit ripped at the time of purchase. I realised it's wrong size so I went to return it. The item was perfectly in its original condition and never used. The person at customer service said its not in "resealable " condition so we cant accept it.
So Kmart do sell items if the packaging is ripped but they don't accept the return.
Very bad experience!

BATH SHEETS

We purchased 4 bath sheets, which is exactly what we were looking for. We washed them before use, but they have this horrendous odour about them and there is so much fluff coming off them it is beyond a joke. We rewashed them again, hung them out in the fresh air, then put in the dryer. There was so much fluff that the dryer overheated. After letting it cool down, we ran the towels through the dryer again, same result. The fluff continues to come off the towels, to such a degree that each time they are hung in the bathroom the fluff flies everywhere and the room needs to be vacuumed. I know you get what you pay for, but I definitely didn't pay for a horrendous odour nor flying fluff from my towels. The quality of these towels need to be looked into.

Not impressed

My overall experience with customer service across all Kmart stores in Australia has been disappointing. Store assistants are frequently unhelpful and seem preoccupied. They constantly put me through to others who are equally clueless. The phone customer service is also unhelpful and abrupt.

I’m genuinely disappointed

I’m genuinely disappointed with Kmart’s online experience. The advertised 3–5 business day delivery for metro Melbourne blew out well past that, and the shipping updates moved slower than the parcel itself. Every email I sent for support was met with the same copy-and-paste response that didn’t answer a single question, and my request to cancel the order was completely ignored.

For a company the size of Kmart, it’s pretty clear they’ve chosen to use the absolute cheapest courier services available, and customers are the ones paying for it in wasted time and frustration. I expected far better. Won’t be ordering online from Kmart again.

Website miss information!!!!

Drove out to the North Lakes branch as I had seen products that were in stock on their website. Got there and was told that they do have these items in stock. Waited ages at the service desk only to be told that they can’t find it anywhere? What a waste of time!!!!! And on my one day off ….
